I do believe the US Soldiers in this are labeled as standard line infantry, even though they look the part of Special Forces.. But none the less they do look rather good.

One of the most beatiful games out there and a 100kb image limit, pity.

Just stunning but that inside the vehicle one just boggles me in it's complexity -rivet counters rejoice! (tho they be mythic)

Could this possibly be the true sequel to OFP (game 2) everybody yearns for? Only time tell the tell 8)

Infantry models do look good. If you will also check Dslyecxi's screenshots they look like they are wearing cloth instead of rubber like it was in ArmA2 and many other shooters.

Not as mythic as you think. I too was surprised to see the fastening bolts and knobs all be actual model pieces, I can't wait to see more of the inside of the vehicles..or hell, A3 in general if that is the kind of detail they are going for.

i, like what we see on first screenshot, finally there is no over blending, when camera is looking from the bottom, like it was in arma 2!

I predict server meltdown on Tue. so I've convinced myself it's not coming out until Wed. so I can avoid disappointment and frustration.

This is where a STEAM preload for the Alpha could come in handy ;)

Good idea. Might I suggest, just for reminders, the thread title or first post be edited to include the dreaded 100kb image limit notice? Might ease up the mods' jobs a bit once the alpha is out :)

The forum has a plugin that automatically change into if the filesize is bigger then 100kb.

IMO, this rule could be lifted in dedicated threads like this but this isn't the place to discuss that.

Found this on Reddit today, folks on there say it's from early early alpha though. Still, alpha.
