help with glovepie

Could anybody, who is familiar with GP help me out? I already got a script for analog throttle. I tried to write a script , so when i steer to the left with my joystick i wanna roll to the left, when i center joystick again, the heli should be centered ingame. Right now i steer left, heli rolls left but when i move stick back to middle, it's still rolling left. Just imagine a car, you steer left, wheels turn left, you go back to center, you drive straight forward. I'd like to have that ingame for aircrafts..
