You have to "aim" the thorttle and use your mousewheel on it. In the action menu you'll have an option "thorttle to off".

An other solution would be to assign the "decrease thorttle" command in the menu. I think on all laptop there is a "mousewheel" system. usualy it's on the side of the "mouse aera".

Or try to use [ and ] to scroll the action menu, and Enter to use them.

It appears when you open the menu while you look at the throttle (use freelook for that).

Or bind a key to decrease throttle

You can find the action in the configuration menu. I had the same problem. It was *right control* + delet

If you have 2 motors you can shut down the second one with *right control* + *end*

I hope i could help.
