  1. Fly Tanoa Air is a flight SIM-u-LITE scenario with dynamic missions and aircraft features. What's new: (changelog) Steam Workshop Flying aircraft in ArmA III is difficult. It takes a lot of practice. Right when you think you've got it, you realize how much more there is to learn.   3. I have a MP mission I've been creating that my friend and I play. I have supports one of which is transport via helos. I'd like to add in an optional mission that populates if an AI gets shot down. I have seen it in other missions I play. Basically, the crew is shot down, you're assigned to rescue, and when a player gets close, the downed crew(if alive) is added to your squad. How do I do that? Also, is there a simple way to have a choice in game to change the time? We've played terrorist hunt scenarios where we go up to a briefing board and click change time. We'd just like to be able to switch from day to night. So we can do one task during the day and maybe RTB and switch to night for the next. Thanks, Matt

  5. We're getting out of Vietnam. The order has come directly from the President, so we've consolidated our forces at the Da Nang airbase. There are some friendly squads stuck behind enemy lines and we need you to bring them back to the airbase before we pull out completely. Take your Huey, designated as call sign Shark, and get our boys back safely. Your going to be venturing into enemy territory, so watch for anti-air emplacements. I'm preparing to create a mission with multiple objectives including a recruit/rescue portion, and I was simply going to port over a pow rescue script that I originally used in an A2 mission I had previously created however it no longer works. I have looked, however to no avail to find a set of scripts which will meet some of the criteria necessary to work with the mission I'm creating. Some of the criteria I would like to meet for using a given script include - Remove recruit/rescue addaction on creation (surprisingly none of the methods I've encountered I've found do this) - Script activated enableai "move" command from any location in the mission area for the subject once they are recruited (subject has a random chance to spawn in multiple locations) - AI must behave no differently than another squad member once inducted, also targetable by opfor ai This aspect of the mission entails investigating various suspected locations of the individual requiring rescue, with each location having its marker removed upon investigation (this part already works). I'm going to keep fiddling around and try to make it work, but if anyone has any tips or insight, I'd be appreciative of the help.
