I am using a 400mbps internet speed but my download speed in Arma Reforger is still very slow. the server I am joining only has about 2.9gb of mods to download but its taking forever for me to join and to download all the files. all my friends doesnt seem to have any issue and were on the internet provider so I don't think that is the issue. if anyone know how to fix this, please help. it is very irritating.

Hello, community! I have a major issue that I need to solve without anymore problems and frustration. I have subscribed over 1200-1300 mods at all until yesterday. I wanted to unsubscribe most of them and delete the local content to spend more space on the hard disc. I needed additional space for other games and wanted to save only a few more important mods for Arma 3, especially a small list needed for a specific campaign I was working on. When I try to unsubscribe these unneeded mods from the launcher or from the workshop, they immediately will download again and there's no effect after all these attempts. How would I stop/pause redownloading of all this huge content and only subscribe my small list of addons I really need to use for my campaign? Thank you in advance and cheers! -
Hello, I regret to have to start a thread on troubleshooting, but I have expended all self troubleshooting options in hopes of resolving this issue. After reading through the various Steam discussions and Bohemia forums, I've not found a solution to the issue. Up until recently, I was able to host missions for friends and play missions that I'd subscribed to on steam workshop- Unfortunately several weeks ago, when attempting to run scenarios for myself or host missions I encounter errors "Steam Operation Failed"and "Downloading of the steam file has failed. Please try again" respectively. With or without any mods loaded, I still encounter the same issues which really limit my options for play. I enjoy hosting missions for friends and even playing some by myself sometimes, but now I have to rely on others to host missions and it feels like an inconvenience. I've tried numerous solutions posted on the internet, such as clearing my steam download cache, uninstalling and reinstalling ARMA 3 completely, unsubscribing from all steam workshop subscriptions and still I have this error. It was no quick fix, as ARMA 3, all official DLC and the combination of maps and mods amounting to just shy of 130 GB~. *Edit* I have also verified the file integrity Through this troubleshooting, I've saved some logs from the launcher and have prepared them for this post, but am unsure of how to attach the .ZIP file at the current time. I also notice that in my STEAM Downloads, I often have steam workshop content for ARMA 3 scheduled that ends up in queue or ready to download- that seem to contain nothing. In the hopes of fixing this, I've gone through the launcher list of mods and right click > Repaired each mod and still cannot find what causes the error, as it prevents me from launching subscribed missions even without any mods loaded at all.

Hi, Everytime that I launch Steam it tries to re--download all my mods. Which is rather annoying because: a) I already have the mods (my C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop folders is 80 GB!) b) It downloads 10+ GB c) Which then leaves my SSD with < 600MB d) Then it says that it is "Working..." on the CUP Weapons mod Any ideas on how to cure this? I've had A3 for several years and I've never suffered this issue before

Hey there, I just finished downloading this game and for some reason it is not starting. I installed through Steam. It showed three ways to open: -Play Argo -Play Game (32-bit) -Play Game (64-bit) I tried all of them. I also have a 64 bit OS. but none of them worked. It shows it starting up, but nothing happens. I even re installed it, nothing happened. plz help me, thx

Quick question that bothers me for a while now: Why are updates for Arma 3 so big? For example, the recent update for the "Laws of War"-DLC had 6.1 GB, but only contained - 1 new vehicle - 1 new UAV - 3 "missions", one of them quite large - reskins for new IDAP units - new bombs and mines - tweaks to the platform I would expect a size of 2 GB at most for such an update. So why is it the size it is?

I'm having difficulty with using the downloadable Community Kit. Where do I place the zip files / how do I import? And as a followup question to the above, is there a common place where people can upload/download player-made scenarios for the Eden Editor? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I bought Arma 2 through the bistudio website years ago and I want to download the game again. I can't find a download page and I believe the support FAQ is outdated. I did not activate it on my steam account which is why I am using the site. Does anyone know if it is still downloadable through bistudio.com?

Not really important, but it'd be nice if the community guide vids were downloaded in HD onto the Arma game, so that they can be watched offline, etc and so they don't have to buffer.
