Hello, I've been working on this for a little while and only really sharing it in a few discords, so I thought I might share this a little wider, I am currently working on a small mod project including several vehicles and items used by the British armed forces, I have no real focus other than on British kit in this project, with its development being rather sporadic (owing to my being a university student). https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2057281148 Planned Features: aircraft: Chinook HC6 Chinook HC5 Merlin MK2 Merlin MK4 TSR 2 ships: Archer class P-2000 (several variants) Type 31 Frigate Other: Several Buildings MK8 Naval gun MK4 Bofors MK3 Bofors Sylver VLS Sampson Radar S1850M Radar Artisan Radar 20mm Oerlikon 30mm DS30M All of the above have some form of a starting already, however, I wouldn't expect much soon, this is merely to show off what's coming in the future, any opinions, suggestions, or issues are more than welcome, positive or negative 🙂

5th Canadian Division Who? We are the 5th Canadian Division. We are currently one of the only Canadian Based Arma 3 Clans. The 5th Canadian Division is based in the Eastern Coast of Canada and involves Land, Sea and Aerial Operations! What? The 5th Canadian Division is comprised of 3 Brigades, 36th Brigade, 37th Brigade and 403 Tactical Helicopter Squadron. In each brigade there are special roles to be filled, roles such as Scout, Infantrymen, AR Gunner, AT Gunner, sniper and more! We also offer a special forces team to complete special tasks. We also offer the opportunity to become an aviator in one of our Chinook or Griffon Helicopters! Where? We have our own Teamspeak server: Teamspeak IP: s6.ts3.cloud:35253 When? To join, all you must do is join our teamspeak server and talk to someone with the "Recruiter" tag. If no one is avaliable, just message me on steam and we will get something figured out! My steam name is Josh158 Our schedule looks like this: Monday: BCT/CIT/BAT Tuesday: Brigade/Squadron-lead Training Wednesday: Mini-Op Thursday: Jump School/CMT Friday: DCIC Saturday: Operation Briefing Sunday: Operation BCT= Basic Cadet Training CIT= Combat Infantryman Training BAT= Basic Airman Training CMT= Combat Medic Training DCIC= Drill Ceremonial Instrutor Course Requirements: -16+ Years of age -No dishonourable discharge from any other units -Not apart of a current modern era unit -Must speak fluent english (A special skill such as mission building, website editing, etc, are good things to have upon applying) NOTE: We are a newer unit. So there isn't currently anything like what the bigger units have

Is the real Editor not available in the game yet?

I read the manual and it says that the Editor should be on the Play menu in game, but it is not there. I have found the Scenarios/My Missions area, and the Wizards for co-op missions, but I wanted to use the full editor so I can make bespoke missions for our squad(s) in TAW. In the manual it says the full editor can load/save/export your missions for co-op, which is what I want to do with them obviously. :D Am I missing it somewhere, or did it get left out of the game for some reason? (I have the 505 English version patched to 1.2.[big number] if that makes a difference.) :confused: -
RAF Chinook release for Arma2 Download RAF Chinook For those who wish to make their own skin/livery. We all agreed to give everyone the diffuse map thanks to Topas for people to edit. Providing that the readme stays the same, and individuals are credited there is no harm in making and releasing your own livery. Texture file needs to be saved as a "Paa" and should be copied to "raf_chin47\ch47\Textura" to replace the existing one. Download Diffuse Map Origional model = AfrographiX Flight model into Arma – Pelton and the Spanish Mod Weapons and extra fixes - PRACS and Eddy Arma – Arma2 config work and bug fixing - Deanobeano Arma – Arma2 config work - Konyo After some initial confusion from the previous release, I and Eddie(Wld427) have resolved the problem and both agreed there was a lack in communication and the correct credits to Eddie(Wld427) should have been much clearer. So here we are again, a fixed and updated Chinook, with no errors reports, binarized version and improved textures donated by Topas. The model currently being used has been granted for use by Eddie(Wld427) to use as a standalone RAF version, currently using an updated model from the original AfrographiX and Pelton build. She has two door guns, fully functional and was extensively worked on by Eddie(Wld427) for a PRACs release. Another big thankyou for Deanobeano for helping with the config and bug fixing, its really down to him that we have a fully clean version, and Konyo for config work. Thankyou! Eddie has future plans for a US version, and we have both agreed to continue working together on the Chinook model for British and American variants. As stated in the previous post, there are plans for a brand new project combining forces from many individuals. For now, we are happy to have resolved this issue, and both of our main concerns was the re-release to the community. Thanks everyone Nick / Eddie(Wld427)
