  1. Task Force Goon's Air America (A*A) is the Air Wing that supports ground operations of our Special Forces unit ODA-951. Our primary mission is to support and ensure the safety of the ground elements during insertions/extractions and to provide CAS to be a force multiplier when needed to make sure the mission is a success.   5. Who are we? The 160th SOR is one of Oceania’s largest, Arma 3 MilSim unit that prides itself on our sense of community and dedication to the game and each other. We have 3 main regiments that recruits can join they are; 28th Infantry Regiment, 69th Armored Regiment and finally the 101st Air regiment. Each regiment has a team of dedicated leaders and trainers to help ensure that everyone gets the best experience and advice as possible. What do we do? Every week, the 160th run two major operations. The official operations are held on a Wednesday and on a Sunday, both at 18:30 Sydney time (AEST/AEDT depending) with an average turnout of over 40 players. The 160th use a wide range of mods, including assets from ArmA 3 Apex, to enhance the gameplay experience. Favorite mods such as RHS, ACE3 and TFAR are in our pack, as well as some custom mods. To help grow and improve our members, weekly training is held to teach various in-game skills that help players to become a more effective member of the 160th, as well as growing their potential.     Arma 3 - Dedicated Server Problem

    I had a problem for about three days. I downloaded the "ARMA 3 SERVER" tool normally, I also downloaded the application to easily manage the "TADST v3.1.0" server configurations, put it in the Arma 3 Server folder as it teaches, I opened the ports on router 2302, 2303, 2304, 2305, 2306 and other necessary doors, I opened up too many doors, my "UPNP" is enable. But whenever I start the "dedicated server" it appears in my "ARMA 3 LAUNCHER" on the "RECENT" tab, but when I look in the "INTERNET" tab it does not appear. My friends have tried direct connection, searching in the search box and nothing, just does not appear to them the server. I've already tried disabling the "FIREWALL" completely, I already tried it in virtual marking with "WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2" and nothing, just appears in the "RECENT", wanted to know if there is any solution to my problem, because all places say the same thing about opening ports or disabling the Windows firewall.My internet provider follows the "PPPOE" system, does it influence anything?   11. Hi, i love to make missions in Eden Editor and recently i discovered that exist a module called "KeyFrame Animation Camera" wich is very cool, but i have a question. If i want to make a little cutscene at the start of the mission, how i can remove the camera and back to the fps view when cutscene is finished?
  12. Hi there, Over the last two to three weeks, I've been unable to remain connected to an ARMA server to which I previously had no problems with. I am able to slot into my position, load into the map, and begin gearing up, before anywhere between one minute to four minutes later, I'll get kicked with the message "You have been kicked. BattlEye Client Not Responding." Thus far, I have tried the following: -Updated my network drivers. -Disabled my firewall. -Disabled anti-virus. -Ping tested external sites to ensure I was getting a steady connection out. -Rebooted my router, numerous times. -Rebooted my PC, numerous times. -Attempted to load the game in numerous ways, by launching with mods directly into the server via the ARMA 3 launcher, and by loading the mods first and seeking the server through the in-game server browser. -I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game four times. -I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mods five times. -I've verified my game cache. -I've deleted all BattlEye files, and then re-verified game cache in order to re-download them. -My network is stable, and fast. I download at 40MB/s. I have no trouble connecting to any other game or service. It's only ARMA, and only BattlEye with ARMA. -I have added exceptions to my firewall, and disabled it entirely, to no avail. And finally, I've gone as far to reformat my entire computer, and reinstall Windows. This still hasn't fixed the problem. I am out of ideas, and I could really use some help. Less than three weeks ago, I could connect and play to this server fine. Nothing has changed on their behalf since then, either. I've checked. (It's my milsim unit for ARMA. I've spoken to the server admins and mission makers.) Thanks,
  13. Hey guys, Don't know if this is in the correct forum, if it's not I do apologize. Anyways, I and my unit have switched over from session per session basis missions to a full-on ALiVE campaign, we had a game server and we ran ALiVE with no problem, it was using about 6GB of memory with quite a large amount of vAI, around 250-300 total. Now we switched to a server box in order to have more space on our server and more flexibility. Now here comes the problem, little test missions we did were fine and now we're stuck at launching our ALiVE campaign. We've tried adding -MaxMem to the extra parameters on TADST which we use to launch the server but it did not work. We are capped at about 4GB of memory no matter how hard we try pushing it, our server box is 64 bit, we use the 64-bit .exe to launch the server, and we have about 24GB of RAM on our server box because we host our TeamSpeak and the rest there. My question is how do we get rid of this cap, we are using 20% of our server box capacity, there is a way since the game server we rented had 16GB and had no problem of going up to 7GB of memory being used on large campaigns. If you need any more information about our server or setup feel free to ask we just need to get this sorted, its causing issues and making our favorite game mode, quite unenjoyable. Thank you all in advance to those who respond. EDIT: We believe that this, in fact, causes the delay in any actions happening, whether it is us trying to hit the AI, people's guns are shooting long after they actually stopped, and sometimes people just de-sync. Despite the 120-140ms ping for most of our members (due to the distance of the server from us) we strongly do believe that the issue is down to the capped RAM, since once it goes up it is literally stuck at 4,403.53MB and it moves maybe by .20MB here and there. We also believe that it is due to the capped RAM because once the server reaches the cap, is when the delay and other issues happen. Or at least, we need to test if it is indeed the RAM before we request anything from our provider, but a cap definitely exists.

  15. New keyframe animation system in DEV build. What will this actually be? I an thinking some way to capture AI animations and create cutscenes, but it is early days, and I am not sure what to do with any of the modules. Is this meant for the TAC-OPS DLC or some other intention? I would love to be able to sync the camera to a screen or billboard and have a live video feed. There is a timeline module and curved paths. Does this mean playing back animations?

I've run into an issue since the update for the Tanks DLC where my game downloads, then tries to validate and install the update but whenever it gets to the end of the install I get hit with an error such as "An error occurred while updating Arma 3 (corrupt content files) : F:\Program Files\steamapps\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Expansion\Addons\vegetation_f_exp.pbo". The exact error changes every time but it always seems to be in \Addons. I have tried several things such as restarting steam, restarting my pc, clearing download cache, verifying the integrity of my files, changing the download region to SEVERAL different regions, changed network/internet, and restarted network/internet. The only thing I can possibly think of at this point is to entirely re-install Arma 3 including all DLC and I believe mods as well. If this includes mods I'll be looking at a several hundred gigs I'll need to redownload which I am obviously not too excited about especially with my current download speeds. So that's the reason I'm here I'm hoping I can find some other solution other than completely re-installing everything and help if that doesn't fix my issue either. Complete rundown of what happens: My game downloads the 15.2GB update, goes through a validating period and then goes to installing which lasts up until about two-thirds of the loading bar is filled it then gradually increases the time up until "more than a year" (I originally thought this was pretty funny), and then if I have the "Launch game as soon as it's ready" checked it will spit me out an error like the one given above or just goes back to the validating stage if I don't have it checked. Error: An error occurred while updating Arma 3 (corrupt content files) : F:\Program Files\steamapps\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Expansion\Addons\vegetation_f_exp.pbo Many of the attempted fixes were found here https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithAppError/?appid=107410&error=13 I haven't tried everything but I have tried about all of the ones that are reasonable.

Hi everyone, Im experiencing very high lagging like in range from 3 to mostly 25 FPS in multiplayer, and in singleplayer with no bots its about 30 to 35 FPS and it depends on how many AI I spawn. I have Radeon RX 550 4GB GDDR5 graphic card,10 GB DDR 3 RAM and AMD`s CPU A8-5600k whose fan was broken accidently and replaced with some other and now it runs on 64 degrees out of 77 max how Core Temp says. I want you to tell me about your experience and suggest me what to do cause i believe i have too good hardware for that kind of performance ( I believed its about that AMD`s processor, but on net it says its better than Intel pentium G3450 which my friend has and he runs multiplayer between 35 and 60 fps (he has radeon R7 graphics with smaller amount of that GPU RAM and 8 GB of PC RAM). Thank you for advices.

Like I like altis and tanoa but when I start my server up I basically want it to show choose map then have a click altis or click tanoa it must be possible to have working on server together I mean other games have this feature online.

  22. Hello, I have seen numerous post about this issue, but can't seem to find a solution that actually works. So here is my problem. I have a classic sector game which I play alone or with a friend, against or with each other. Each side (Bluefor and Opfor) have a squad a player can take over and control. Rest of the forces come from an AI spawn module. It all works perfectly except all the ai's spawned from the modules doesn't bleed any tickets on both sides when they are killed in action. It is only players and ai squad members that I know how to use bleed tickets with. But the Ai's from the module does not work, so it is sort of unbalanced. Please do anyone knows how to bleed tickets form ai spawn module? Script I use for the ai squad mebmers in unit init: this addEventHandler ["killed",{[_this select 0,-1,true] call bis_fnc_respawnTickets;}];

Hierbei lehnen wir uns Ausrüstungstechnisch an den US-Streitkräften an und versuchen dieses Paket realistisch wie möglich auf unsere Truppe zu verteilen.
