Hello Bohemia Community; I recently ran into a really confusing and frustrating issue with Arma 3 servers, and I'm hoping for some potential insight. What's happening is that, when I connect to certain servers, the game loads into a place devoid of objects, terrain details, and even my own 1st/3rd person character model; the only things that I can see are the grass and the terrain color/texture itself (I've attached some image links). I'm absolutely certain that these images are not in debug areas too. I've connected to a good variety of servers with the same sort of outcome. Here is a small list of servers I experienced this issue: Trailerpark Wasteland on Tanoa (A3 Wasteland Version 1.3B) BIB Wasteland (A3 Wasteland Version 1.3C) BFC Exile Esseker US #2 EXP Exile Chernarus EXP Exile Napf However, to make it more confusing, these results are rather inconsistent. For instance, I can load into an A3Armory (runs A3 Wasteland Version 1.3C) hosted server, and everything would load in fine: I see buildings, terrain details like rocks and underbrush, trees, etc., vehicles, weapons, and my character model. As potential fixes to this problem, I've tried: Reverifying my game cache of Arma 3 on Steam A clean reinstall of the game itself A clean reinstall of my game mods Isolating mods reported to have issues (a Steam forum page noted that the "CUP Terrain - Maps" mod specifically had this rendering issue - the forum suggested the "Auto Detect" button in the Arma 3 video settings, but that didn't work). I'm unsure of what else I could possibly do, and so now I turn to a community that knows much more than me, at least. I hope to hear back from those of you who could possibly help. I have been playing argo for a little while now and usually there are active servers with people playing, but lately I havnt been able to find more than one server with more than one or two people playing online not sure if its a bug or something but i just cant find games with people anymore I used to play game with full servers..

Hello everyone, I have been part of the ArmA 3 community for a little over 2 years now, and I'm so glad that I decided to get into ArmA in the first place. I've been an active player on mainly Takistan Life for ArmA 2, until the world of development and modding sucked me in; I haven't had time to play any of the recent mods. I am now interested in exploring the different opinions surrounding the ArmA 3 community about Life mods and servers in general. I am writing a thesis on this subject and I am hoping to receive some feedback from you guys to better understand the mindset and reasoning for some of your opinions. It would help me a lot in my search if you guys could take the time to fill out this survey or post below some of your thoughts on ArmA 3 Life servers/mods. Rant away! Hi guys, I can successfully host an arma 3 listen server but the problem is I want to make it so people that don't have the mods I have get kicked. I understand that is achieved by using "verifySignatures = 2;" however I do not know if this is possible with a listen server as i cannot find a server.cfg. Do i need to make a dedicated server if i wish to do this? Would prefer to use listen server. Thanks.

Hi all. I have a question about some wasteland servers. Few years ago i played on a wasteland server that don't have shops at all. I try to find these servers but can't. All servers i got when i filter sandbox the server list is wastelands with gun shops genaral shops and no loot in buildings only in cars. I like very very much the buildings loot wasteland servers like battle royal but wasteland. Can some one tell me how to find those kind of servers?

as of today, servers on DEV branch are reporting also to STEAM master you can open the server list in STEAMclient > View > Servers search for "Arma3Client" game name in filters note: servers behind NAT need forward all needed game and steam related ports p.s. feedback and commentary is welcome :)
