ArmA 3 Server: Linux OS to bad perfomance?

Hello Community, today I viewed the server browser of arma 3. So many server are running on Windows OS and not Linux. I would like to rent are dedicated server and don't want to pay a monthly rate for Windows Server license. Are the Linux Server performance to bad for +100 Players or whats going on? Somebody are tested the performance between Windows and Linux and got benchmarks? Thanks a lot ;) -
I just want to be clear. So i'm sure this has been posted many times, but i've done my searchers and not clear around exactly what i wanted to ask. When designing mission, what overall affects performance? 1. Placed objects (Am i correct that this is only an issue when its within view distance of player? Once they move far out, this no longer applies. Would there be a benefit to delete and/or hide objects?) 2. Placed Units. (Assuming disabling SIMULATION on every unit will improve mission overall, correct? Any other tips? Skill an issue? Or no matter skill it has same impacts?) 3. Overall scripts (Of course every script will impact mission. Are the ones that perform loops the worst? Should additional scripts be avoided at all costs when possible?) Any other tips i'll take it :)

Hello, I'm having a problem since the last few updates of Arma 3 explained in this video: Please help me with this it's happening in every little firefight. I have 1500 hours of gameplay on Arma 3 and like 1450 of them didn't had the problem. I have turned off Battleye and it's not helping, I'm also running Vanilla and it's happening everywhere, even in the campaign. Please help me with this. ~ xCubeZx

it appears to me that the latest beta update changed the way stuff is removed from the map deleteVehicle _x}} forEach allDead; now realistically works in a way that it sinks casualties in the ground over a brief delay instead of a fast delete am i correct?

Hello I need help on particule texture. I made a texture of explosion but when i test it on A2, I've got this result : Blurred ... mip map problem, the model .p3d is a simple square plane with texture apply on it. Do you have any idea about this issue ? I test to change all video settings : not solved mipmap in TextView : not solved O2 face properties scales U&V parameters : not solved Thanks in advance,
