Hi, I'm running on a MAC OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite I installed the legacy port 1.76 from here: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Experimental_Ports Enter access code: Arma3LegacyPorts. This should unlock the legacyports - Legacy Build (1.76 - ports). When I launch in Steam, It doesn't even make it to the splash screen I just get a crash reporter. I have ran this game before on the same machine which was a while back this year, yet now it's unplayable. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive been trying to fix arma for hous, i keep getting this message "bad_module_info has stopped working" I also got this message "0xC0000005 - ACCESS_VIOLATION" Any help?

Hello any help on this would be much appreciated, after playing from 1 minute to 4 hours my game crashes and displays the error code 0xC0000005 STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. I have done all of the suggested things in the launcher after searching the error into google i.e malloc=system, turning up CPU count, using different memory allocators and also renaming the Arma 3 AppData folder so it makes a new one. I love playing Arma and don't want to stop. Please advise. Many thanks in advance.

Hey there, I downloaded the game yesterday, and whenever I try to launch a server, it starts to receive the server's files, however, after it finishes, the loading screen pops up and afterwards the game crashes saying (Bad file format in p3d file 'a3\structures_f\wrecks\wreck_car3_f.p3d'.) and after I press OK on the error message another one pops up saying (The exception unknown software exception (0x0000dead) occurred in the application at location 0x8b6595fc .). The last time I've played Arma 3 was before 4 to 5 months, I have uninstalled it then and today I reinstalled it. Hopefully you can help me to solve this problem, thank you for your time and have a nice day! (BTW I have saved the ArmaReport_log so if needed tell me how to send it to you).

I never used to have any problem playing Arma 3 for up to 8 hours a day. Suddenly, I can't play offline or on a privately hosted Upnp server for more than 10-20 minutes without the game straight up crashing to windows crash message. I started playing modded but have since reinstalled the game, uninstalled all my mods and the problem persists in vanilla freshly installed gameplay. I have also gone into the Arma 3 folder in "My Games" and deleted my profile. I cant screenshot task manager after crashing as my arma3 along with several other games remains as a background process (annoyingly) and i have to restart my pc every time i close it. CMD cannot close the process either. After the Orange DLC i have been getting crashes while playing with Zeus when i delete units. Happened to the 3 other people from my group who usually use Zeus ingame. Is there anything i can do?

Everytime I press start on steam this comes up: Unexpected error has occurd. Hello, So I just got a New Hard drive put into my Computer that I USED to play Arma 3 on everything was working great No Crash, No Errors. Until I got the new Hard Drive put in 1TB. Hi guys and gals, I've not usually had any problems with my Arma but in the last few days I've suffered this issue: https://gyazo.com/66b23c154d3072e4ea27dd727ebfa7fd 'The memory could not be written' I've verified my game cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, swapped RAM slots, and deleted the 'Arma 3' and 'Arma 3 - Other Profiles' folders but to no avail. After the reinstall, it launched once, but then it continuously suffered the error. Hello guys, Every time I am hosting a private Arma 3 server to mess around with my friends and some mods, the game freezes for me at random times. It is so bad I have to restart my PC. A few months earlier we've done the same and erverything worked fine. I found someone with a similar problem from 2015 which says that Teamspeak and Task force radio have a conflict and lets the game freeze, but that didn't work out for me. I couldn't find anything other regarding this problem so I'm asking you myself. I have 16GB Ram GTX960 Intel i5-4690K 3.50GH Windows 10 64bit Please tell me everything you think could work. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

Not sure if this is quite the right place for it. I'm running a liberation server running CBA, ACE3, TFAR, RHS AFRF, RHS USAF and RHS GREF. We also run a few server-side mods like Advanced Urban Rapelling, Advanced Towing, Enhanced Movement. We allow clients to use TRYK uniforms (Well right now it's passworded and checking is off but, that's all that we intend for them to run hence a few errors referencing it). The server starts and functions fine for a while but tends to crash at random while people are playing. At first we thought it was related to ACE cookoff and disabled that but it turned out to make no difference. I'm trying to post latest RPT but I keep getting an error on the forum so I'll try it on a reply or elsewhere in a moment. I have others after the same thing to compare if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated as folks are getting mighty frustrated at losing all their assets because it crashed midway through an assault, or while returning to base, or just not having saved for a few minutes! Ok, some of the RPT. It was too large for most things to handle. I also notice this one may be due to our auto restart not seeming to work. Hello since I have bought this game, it has crashed frequently, at least 3 to 4 times a day, while playing the apex missions and I was wondering if there are solutions to this problem?

I don't know why, but everytime I fire the door guns of a Ghosthawk, the game crashes (sometimes I can fire one shot but the game crashes on the second shot). But when the AI fire everything is fine. My drivers are up to date and I'm using the stable version of the game. Can someone please test to see if it's happening for you too or is it just me?

About 3-5 minutes into a game of exile on any server the game would crash leaving an error alert. saying 'The instructions at 0x0000000002099C00 referenced at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.'. I've many different solutions from the other forums but none of them have worked and i haven't found one with the same error code. Please help, I just got Arma and have barely been able to play because of this issue.

Hello. My game crashes soon after I launch it. It doesn't matter if I run it with or without mods. The crash itself happens soon, after any mission is loaded, including the "intro" one, that is playing in the background in main menu. The game just freezes. No sound or any response. When I ctrl+alt+del, task manager says that game is not responding. When I close the game by task manager - an error occurs. Also, it doesn't matter if I launch x64bit or x32bit executable. I've tried updating/installing old GPU drivers, chaning launcher settings, changing malloc, setting everything to default... Well, did alot of things, but nothing changed. Sometimes the game freezes after 1 sec in the main menu, sometimes after about a minute, once it allowed me to play for 15 mins. I never had any issues with arma before this patch... I just purchased arma 3 from steam an I am experiencing a major issue. My game crashes whenever there is a vehicle(any vehicle)that is being piloted by someone, whenever i'm piloting a vehicle, and sometimes just when there is a vehicle. Within seconds of joining a server with vehicles in it, my game crashes. Immediately after piloting a vehicle in the campaign, my game crashes. Otherwise my game runs fine and there are no other issues. I have read other threads and I have tried verifying my game files on steam, uninstalling and reinstalling my game, making sure I have downloaded all the necessary software requirements, updating my geforce drivers, and updating my bios. Hi Since the last Arma 3 update (Launcher version: 1.5.141829 Game version: 1.70.141838). My game is keep freezing and crashing after (on the main menu or when i am playing). I tried updating my graphic drivers, but it doesn't works... And I tried to play without mods but it's worse (it crash instantly) ! I know this is a long shot, but I'm determined to make it work if possible. Trying to get this going on Ubuntu with PlayOnLinux (PoL), using the default POL steam installation. I get the error "Cannot find suitable format for depth/stencil buffer." while trying to launch arma3.exe. I've reinstalled and tested DirectX a few times and installed .NET 4.6 and everything, and I've tried basically every module available in the PlayOnLinux menu. Anyone happen to know what causes the above error? Extra info: I know my hardware is good - ArmA 3 linux edition works just fine , but it's stuck on 1.64 instead of 1.68 so I can't join any public servers :( (And other games run fine on my windows Steam in POL)

Hi everyone. I can't load any savegame unless I'm running the game without ANY mod. As soon as It starts loading i get a crash, and a messeage that says "The exception unknown software exception (0x000dead) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFCE8619E08." Even with just CBA activated i can't load any savegame. Any ideas?
