  1. Thanks for the heads up! We'll roll out a fix in the next update for ACP (http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?187543-Arma-Camouflage-Pack-(ACP)). Unfortunately, we have no plans to update DSAP as ACP includes both the DSAP brown featured by this mod as well as other camouflage textures that we have created.
  2. Fixed download network error. Sorry for the delay! Additionally, feedback is very much appreciated (suggestions for the next terrain pattern?).
  3. New update v1.00! Main post updated with new direct download link. Because our work has expanded beyond the initial scope of this mod, we will discontinue this mod at it's current release state. Our new release of TSG's Arma Camouflage Pack will include the current DSAP camouflage pattern as DSAP-B (or DSAP Brown). Check it out here! http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?187543-Arma-Camouflage-Pack-(ACP)
  4. Arma Camouflage Pack by Tactical Solutions Group DESCRIPTION: The Arma Camouflage Pack is a collection of BLUFOR units retextured with the CADPAT TW base pattern that has been modified and optimized for maximum performance in a variety of popular Arma maps. The color schemes were a result of proprietary color extraction methods and rigorous research conducted on numerous environmental samples. In-house testing showed that our patterns took significantly longer to detect than Arma 3's default camouflage patterns. IMAGES: FEATURES: - Digital Stratis / Altis Pattern - Brown (DSAP-B), Digital Stratis / Altis Pattern - Green (DSAP-G), Digital Takistan Pattern (DTP), Digital Chernarus Pattern (DCP) - Retextured BLUFOR infantry (Men, Support, Recon) into new units under the INDFOR side and a new TSG faction - Compatible with virtual loadout systems (Virtual Arsenal, Virtual Ammobox) - Inherited config values from default BIS units, making this mod compatible with other addons ROADMAP: - More camouflage patterns optimized for other Arma maps - More units: we hope to retexture other units, such as vehicles - Bug fixes: help us squash those pesky bugs - Original content and features: there are some nice plans on the board for some new content to look forward to but at the moment, the team prefers to not disclose anything yet REQUIREMENTS: Only Arma 3 is required INSTALLATION: Unpack the archive and place the @tsg folder into your Arma 3 root directory. Add the mod to the startup with your preferred launcher or using the -mod=@tsg; parameter in the Steam startup commands. 7. Digital Stratis/Altis Pattern by Tactical Solutions Group DESCRIPTION: Digital Stratis/Altis Pattern (DSAP) uses a CADPAT TW base pattern modified and optimized for maximum performance in the Stratis and Altis regions. The color scheme was the result of rigorous research conducted on numerous environmental samples from the islands and proprietary color extraction methods. In-house testing showed that our DSAP pattern took significantly longer to detect than Arma 3's default camouflage patterns in most areas of Stratis and Altis with its best performance in the drier regions. Many problems with Dayz

From what I understand, you do not need the base DayZ mod to play DayZ Overpoch, you only need DayZ Epoch and DayZ Overwatch. Do you still have the memory error? Furthermore, your thread should not be posted here...

    AI too accurate

I was just ignoring the past games ;). Hmm, I haven't experienced AI flight problems though...

    AI too accurate

I wouldn't criticize overall AI intelligence, rather just their "default" settings. AI is incredibly smart to be able to navigate, operate vehicles and fire all the respect weapons accurately. The key difference between Arma AI and other games is that any soldier can pilot a helicopter or fire a tank cannon. Rather, the default AI settings that allow for more human-like flanking and maneuvering (general skill at around 1) also imparts superhuman accuracy no matter the situation (under suppressing fire or other conditions). Adjusting the accuracy values is something that mission makers and AI modders already do routinely; it would be great if the default accuracy values of Arma AI was also adjusted by the devs accordingly. I guess the rest would just require some smart conditional coding to account for suppressing fire and weapon optic quality (iron-sight vs SOS).
  11. Um, I'd say you may need to test this on unpopulated servers... I run on an Intel HD Graphics 4000 (integrated card, not dedicated) and I can manage to get 15-25ish frames on the lowest settings in multiplayer.

    AI too accurate

Sub-Human, marching is not the Arma jog... And also, it's not as if forced marches have no effect on troop combat effectiveness and moral. While the soldiers without a backpack may be lightweight in Arma, running up and down hills with steep gradients is also certainly not beneficial to an individual's energy levels. Furthermore, most players in Arma do not just run without a backpack. In order to simulate the decrease in troop combat effectiveness, I'd say the simulated fatigue is well balanced.

    AI too accurate

Delta Hawk, at the same time, it is a valid point to want a more "realistic" gameplay experience since much of the Arma community, myself included, enjoy the brief moments of intense immersion that the series can capture. That said, Bigpickle, until we have a virtual reality that mirrors reality, we can only strive to compromise on the simulation aspect of Arma. For example, I am under the impression that soldiers do not "jog" everywhere like in Arma (correct me if I'm wrong). In real life, even if you walk, you are still burdened whereas in Arma, that walking burden is essentially nonexistent. At the same time, I wouldn't want to walk to every objective since most people don't have hours upon hours to enjoy gaming. It's all about balance because at the end of the day, the reality of warfare is probably not incredibly enjoyable compared to the simulation of warfare.

    Sniper Ghillie config.cpp

From what I understand, the Ghillie suit model does not have a hiddenselection for retexturing.
  15. You may want to take a look at Battleye Extended Controls (Bec) in order to control server permissions automatically. It is Linux compatible through Wine. Here's a link to the main site http://ibattle.org/ and a link to their installation guide http://ibattle.org/install-and-configure/.
