ArmA 3 stops recognizing joystick as controller

Me too. Everything was fine for me until the Heli DLC patch. Usually it's fine with the simple flight model, but when I turn on the advanced, sometimes that kills it, but if I crash or damage the heli, it drops the joystick and throttle for sure.
