You realize that .net is a spinoff right?what do you mean exactly with that ? that .net is a second site made by arma 3:life "devs" or that .net is another domain but leads to the .com site ?

yup the sites are different, the .com site is more closed in terms of the forum but they have a public donation site there too and it seems like they earn far more money per day if you use the .com site.

my ideas which i planned to do one of them as private mod:
1. a predator mod (not the drone, i mean the predator from the movie)
on a jungle island (altis but a bit bigger + stratis combined and all cities and villages removed, a pure jungle island with some military bases -small bases and huge bases and military airports-, only one predator vs the military, the military is all over the island, has theyr bases, soldiers, vehicles, jets, helicopters etc patrolling all over the map, you can decide what you want to play: as military or predator, if the military have you in sight, they will open fire and call reinforcement. helis, jets, tanks, more soldiers, vehicles etc would appear where you was in sight and they are watchful, you can cloak or uncloak yourself like in the predator movie, if you are in cloak mode, they cant see you directly so infantry, aircrafts, vehicles etc wont hit you directly and they will bomb the area for a short time where they spot you last time. if you are not in cloak mode, it is more easier to hit you but not 100% accurate. i wanted to give the predator the ability to jump from one tree to another and fast run mode and normal run mode. the predator could kill the tanks, vehicles etc by hit it with his blade, same as for jets, helicopters, cargo planes and he can reach them by jumping on them and attach himself to them. oh the predator does not have the blue laser gun nor any other weapon, only his blade. on cars, he can also kill the crew without destroying the vehicle completly by going to the window and beat from there the crew. he could also destroy wheels or engine with his blade. same for helicopters beat the rotors which damage the rotors. ships, boats, submarines, navy etc are on the water. its a open world sandbox where you can explore the whole island playing as army or as the predator and during you explore the island, you will see animals which you can hunt, you need to eat & drink and walk, drive, fly where ever you want on the island but it can be dangerous, the predator could be behind you :p same as predator, but be careful, look where you walk, maybe there are mines where you walk or a tank or a squad observe the area near you or there is a patrol around the corner at you and if you attack, do not get caught or the whole military hunts you with everything they have until they lost you but they wont stop, they will search you :D
2. a cold war mod which adds a huge open world island (120km x 120km) and which adds not only ussr and usa, but every faction which was involved during the cold war. for example BLUFOR: USA, NATO, germany, france, great britain, brazil, australia, south korea, south vietnam, turkey etc... and OPFOR: ussr, north korea, china, north vietnam, vietcong, iraq, syria etc.. and on INDFOR: i would put the faction who were non-aligned nations like iran, india etc based on this map but with little changes:

3. a life mod which plays in the middle of a war but abadoned the idea since life mod plays only good with real players and the idea is more something which i want to share with the community rather than making it, im not a fan of life mods.
well here isnt much to say, mainly life/rpg mode but in the middle of a war which require some changes on the gameplay. it means that tanks, jets, helicopters are in use and there are military as faction who are fighting each other. the idea was to have a big terrain which contain 2 or 3 islands and all islands have theyr own military, police, civilians and lifestyle and there are secret services as jobs similar to CIA etc and send spies to other island and explore what they have and send the infos to the own military or you could buy people from other islands for example: a player as soldier from island 1 gets a message from someone who has money or power or is in the military from island 2 and the guy from island 2 says to the soldier from island 1: "we give you much money or anything you want if you give us infos about your military and/or joining us and/or if war breaks out, you shoot your soldiers, not us" etc..
4. idea 4 is almost same as idea 2 but the island would be a middle eastern island environment based on libya and the faction would be BLUFOR: all countries of the world vs OPFOR: al-qaeda but al-qaeda would be modern here with jets, tanks, nukes etc so same power as USA, russia etc..

1. if i play zeus (i assume the problem is there without zeus too) and place few blufor and few opfor tanks/cars/vehicles and send them into a village, the AI reacts only if they are very near each other. i mean they shoot each other if they are very near even when they are in sight each other.
2. for some reason, the AI in gunners seat in vehicles are looking in the wrong direction when i send them somewhere. they do not look forward even when enemie is standing in front of them (enemie AI gunners looks in wrong direction too) and then it takes few times for the AI to see each other and react.
3. i never saw the AI using the M5 sandstorm MLRS, sometimes they started to target but only a few times and even then, they dont shoot.
4. when i am zeus and i want to send units (infantry or vehicles) somewhere, they sometimes walk/drive in the complete opposite direction of where i send them.
5. sometimes AI ignore enemie vehicles (cars) and does not shoot them or after about 1 minute.
now my question: does one of the AI mods you posted, fix the problems ? for example faster reaction time, reaction from far distance etc ?

My time in A3L was both a blessing and a cursing. The natural raw talent I've got to meet over my time there was incredible. A3L at one point had amazing developers who could make things out of scratch. Modelers such as Christian, Hem, and a few other drag along s. These guys are talented and eager to learn and that was an experience I'm glad I got to witness. Like any other community, A3L has both good and bad developers. The difference is who's in charge. When I was one of four project leads with A3L, I championed a new and creative experience that users have never been introduced to. Steaker having been another Project lead agreed with me that we should do an entirely new experience. This would have involved new coding, new buildings, and created a generally new experience. This was our dream. When you look at all the videos in which I've been involved in, you can see it taking place. Steaker and I pressed hard for new and original content. I noticed some of you bringing up the weapons pack, and according to Caiden who did all the contact with external developers, we were allowed to use them so long as we gave credit. So if the developers never gave us permission, then I would like to apologize because me being a PL, I should have taken the time to ensure that we did in fact have permission instead on having to trust Caidens word entirely. Note this is not an excuse for what we have done. I believe in credit going to where it belongs.As for the donations, I agreed they were necessary for our survival but I didn't agree with how they were handled. I didn't and still don't agree how some of the decisions over there are made around money conscious decisions. In our PL meetings, we often discussed how to proceed about releasing the content. Caiden instructed me that anyone who donated a certain amount should be allowed to have access. I said fine but as long as I was allowed to bring in regular active members on our forums who hadn't donated in which I often was limited to 25-30 people who had to be approved by him. A3L is money oriented, and that is a shame i'm sad to have had my name tied too. I could have stood up to him, but I didn't and that is a responsibility I now have to deal with.
Now I know none of this excuses me from any of the past transgressions I may have committed. The only responsible thing I have left is to apologize to those I may have wronged. Caiden and I had a huge fallout and as such I have been banned for whats about to be four months. Steaker has since left after having been told that all his hard work is being removed and Caiden instructed the switch over of our economy focused mod into a altered version of Altis Life which it currently is. Months of progress destroyed because a few devs got lazy and just wanted to essentially screw around. Any admin who has supported me has been phased out by people who agree entirely with Caiden. A3L is in no position to change its current course, and any decision made over the past three months reflect entirely upon his and a few others administration in which I take responsibility for as well because some of those who now screw people over I had put into a position of power such as Zoo. A3L was a mistake on my part but now I have to live with the consequences that is has on my reputation and self worth.
So I'm sorry. Nothing else I can say. I thought this was going to be a revolutionary new mod in the life of ArmA but instead I helped establish a monster that puts power into those who have influence (youtubers) and not the common man like I had been myself at one point. I wanted a mod anyone could have enjoyed, but instead I got bit by the monster I helped establish. I hope you all can forgive me.

you can report the donation system to paypal and reporting all the stolen content which was ported from other games, to the affected companies (for example you can tell crytek about that arma 3:life uses crysis 2 bus model etc)

Even better, they broke Cryteks EULA and then A3L broke the "Personal use only" license on the model...yeah.
@all: someone has the arma 3:life files ? i mean the .pbo where weapons, vehicles etc included, if yes, please pm me.

if the arma 3:life team took crysis 2 bus from crysis 2 game itself or from this site: they make money with cryteks model which is illegal. ofcourse the A3:Life team maybe did got the model from a site where peoples can download free models, but in the end, crytek made the model, no matter from where A3:life team got the model.

are the russian and U.S uniforms, helmets, vests etc modeled into the player models like in arma 2?
or can we take off the vests, helmets, uniforms like with standart arma 3 soldiers ?
i mean when i play as a russian soldier, can i pick up the helmets, vests, uniform from a dead U.S Soldier and wear it ?

the main advantage of 64bit build is addressing limit increasing from 4GB (that's max for 32bit LAA application on 64bit OS) to 8TB or more (64bit LAA application n 64bit OS)ok thank you

64bit isn't going solve FPS problem (even if some specific 64bit operations're used it will be in fraction of %)ive heard that the devs are working on a 64bit version, is that true ? if yes, what will 64bit solve ? the 2gb memory limit ?

anyway, im confused. one says that .net is theyr other website, other says that someone fake A3L website but there are certain things i dont understand:
when someone fake the website of A3L, where are the donations from the fake website going ? the .net site has a donation system too and people donated there.
