ArmA 3 stops recognizing joystick as controller

I bought a logitech extreme 3d pro today it keeps disconencting when i push a button on my keyboard. When i go in the editor and spawn inside a plane it and fly without pressing a button on the keyboard it works fine. In other games i dont have any problems like DCS or FSX. Are there any solutions?
