Arma 2 OA Crash On Startup To Desktop Using Steam

Hi All, this has been happening for a couple months now, and when i launch arma 2, ArmA 2 OA, or any of the DLC's It Crashes to the desktop!. Yet When I use the beta version it runs completely fine. O_O weird right. Much Help Would be appreciated.
