Install 32bit libraries with "sudo apt-get install lib32gcc1" and try again. Also i think you need a startup line ( for me just running the arma3server thingy didnt work ).

Im having problems with my linux server aswell.. 9/10 maps i upload to my server doesnt work. They either not load at all ( when i select them in #missions they just take me back to the screen after a short loading screen ) or they load ( receiving mission file... ) and then take me back to the missions screen aswell.. I have no idea what i did wrong.
