    Can't get the game to run on my macbook. Application starts but no screen. Macbook specs are: Mackbook Pro 13" from 2013 i5 2x 2.3 Ghz 3MB L3 Cache, 8 GB RAM Intel HD Graphics 4000 1GB OS X 10.10.5 I know its the beare minimum but that means i should be able to play it on low right?

    So today I was browsing my mac and when I opend steam and suddenly saw ArmA3 showing up in my mac library with a big install button.... Now was I either 1. did I hallucinate 2. dit I not read the spotreps properly 3. Dit Bohemia acctually roll out mac support (Whitout maybe saying anything??) anyone else with a mac found the install button?

  7. Left control was never the free look key to begin with if your pointing at that... its left alt and numpad *.... Left shift is sprint from the beginning... still works like that for me unless my fatigue is to high. If you have custom keybindings its often usefull to copy and paste that part from your profile.cfg file into a backup file that if keybindings change you can just copy and paste your old once back in.

    well the way that sikorsky sees it its gonna be a helicopter thats gonna replace every helicopter in the usa army/ airforce/ navy/ marines/ civillian purpose you can find. as they statet in a x2 video it will be more usefull in any situation than normal choppers through a mass list of pros. back ontopic love the design very eager to see how you're gonna implement its special way of flying!

    Challenges of Jungle/Marine Warfare in Tanoa

    I totally agree that Naval assets are a must. however I'm more interestet to see proper working LCAC's the partol boats are awesome and yes you can put supply's on it but a LCAC would be way more appropiate for these kind of things as it can transport heavy loads of equipment or units and properly this would be more helpfull to move a platoon of motorized inf than having a patrol ship that cannot land on the beach properly and getting stuck on it or having to lift them all with Choppers for that small distance to a hostile iland with possible AA systems active. Also things like the AAV-7A1 or the LAV-25 are very usefull if arma would let them make proper use of there amphibious parts. (not sure about RL but in the video it looks like the AAV is going pretty fast through the water in comparison to A2 with there lousy 10 Km/h) Having patrol boats as your fire escort to suppress enemy's on the beach, Aye. having patrolboats for quick supply delivery, Aye. having Partolboats for proper troop deployment, Naye. thats where LC's come in and than LCAC's the most of all!
  14. if weapons are not showing in the arsenal just put in BaseWeapon = <classname of your weapon>; the arsenal willlook for a baseweapon. if by example you retexture a MX serie rifle but you do not put in this code with your custom classname it will put in the weapon from the inheretance. if your weapon is not inhereting but also not showing up the arsenal will most likely ognore the weapon because it does not have this entry
  15. it means that the hosting comapany your using issn't happy with your rpt log wich is so large because there are allot of script errors in your missions. you'll have to go over the one's they sent you. fix them then test it on your local host with the parameter -showscripterrors enabled and work through the missions to find all the errors so that whn you done that it will stop spaming the rpt. also delete the rpt from time to time like every 3 months or so also its never the hosting company's duty to fix broken missions..... they make sure your servers are in a good condition hardware wise, they have to make sure that your servers are conectble to as in make sure they recieve the internet promised and thats about it all the other stuff you will have t do yourself. you will have to fix missions you wan't on your server

    If i remeber correctly zue_ai in arma 2 did exactly that. it made the ai go into the closest vehicle when there was hostile contact wich screwed allot of my missions up... had on where we had to recover some vehicles well let me tell you there is nothing more awefull than being shot to pieces by vehicles you want to recover

    In arma 3 they are acctually able to get out of an boat as a group and go to shore properly. they can't however drive a boat onto the shore. they will always stay a few meters away from it but they can do it ;)

    You have to create a mission. you place all the modules of warlord. the you create a file like warlordunits.hpp and fill in the script he posted and apply your units classnames into it once you put all your units in it that you want you enter the following line to your description.ext: #include "warlordunits.hpp"

    Thats the main good thing about making a game that is more future based. they are open to create what they want. they could just create a MGS turret for the marshall or create a Amtrac kinda tracked vehicle and equip that with a 100mm+ turret even if it doesn't excist in rl the future part of the game could allow it. That way you would have MBT's just not at the same armour level as the classical mbt's

    easiest way would be to create an addaction somewhere like on the flagpole and have it call an script where you use a randomnize function. something like flag1 addaction ["mission generator",["missionrandomgen.sqf"]]; missionrandomgen.sqf _mission = ["Mission1","Mission2","Mission3","Mission4","Mission5"] call BIS_fnc_selectRandom; _mission setTaskState "assigned"; not sure if this will work as I'm not on my pc at the moment to test it but this seems to be the easiest way
