Well I'm expecting the uniforms to be retextured though it plays at the sime time as the whole altis affear so it would be strange if NATO and CSAT had an entierly new uniform just for the pacific. I'm pretty sure that its just a woodland/jungle camo of both of those uniforms. They will also keep most of their normal vehicle's i guess (would be a waste to just trow away the hunters because they got lsv'd right?). So my speculation is new equipment but also retextures exsisting equipment (like in arma 2 and OA jwith the retextured M1's and MTVR's/Humvee's)

Those are some true words. But also don't forget AAF was also backed by both CSAT and NATO, while outdated gear they had proper gear (honestly the kuma is still a better tank than the slammer or T-100) But the forces itself where more like a....... you know what i mean. even with training from CSAT and NATO they still kinda lost to a smal guriilia faction purly because they thought to high and mighty about them self <.< NATO basicly allready has a WL camo in the game (just not used) it should fit rather wel in the jungle, and maybe CSAT uniforms wil look abit like the russian camo variant of their uniform also in the game.

well hosting a dedi of your own pc is all nice and well BUT you have to take e few things in account. If you run a dedi on your own computer you will alsways get problems in acctual online gameplay because, 1. all the events happening on the server happen on your computer, all the things happening on the client, happens on your computer. this wil give quite a hard push to your CPU, RAM and with other players connecting to it also your bandwith. Normal dedicated servers located in data centers will have a high bandwith cap (like in the TB's) where a normal connection might have high download and upload speeds but not the crazy high bandwith limit. Having all that run on your own computer might result in capping your bandwith cap that together with Hi CPU usage might also result in the major Desync -

see the point is a nation no matter how rich wil only have a army the size for that nation (look at luxembourg they are fricking rich but have a pretty smal army). So even though they are rich yes, they will not have MBT's (there would be no use for them) they might have transport choppers with possible armnement Like some of the blackhawks and maybe amphibious IFVs/APCs Ofcoarse they should also have patrol boats (seeing that next to ariplanes/helicopters boats are the primairy transportation way) but overall seeing how normal military works and how big Tanoa is (seeing the cities from the video you would think no more than like 10.000 - 15.000 people) it wouldn't suprise me if they have a self defence force (maybe even more a well developed police force) of roughly 400 man combat ready personal, around 200 reserves and 1000 man persoanl like egineers, medical personal, iters, officers, and other logistical departments. For a rich small nation like that expansive military force would only be for defence and even then it probebly won't be expansive as they would be more busy with tourist attractions, and what seems to be mining operations (spent alot of money to gain alot of money) Which would also be a good reason why the setting is their as a underpowered but rich military force versus CSAT rescued by NATO would be more likely than CSAT attacks a nation with most modern armor and jets and choppers that is working together with NATO, cuz that might be very painfull for CSAT (I mean getting your arses kicked by a army that you should outnumber 10.000 to 1 <.<)

The fun thing for this is guessing what they wil have in gear... I mean its a 100km2 iland thats not really big (smaller than luxembourg i believe) and countries that small often have a weaker kind of military. so they would have to be more FIA orientet as force than AAF with max of some amphibious apc's maybe And maybe a helicopter if they are lucky (transport one tough) I gues maybe like the phillippine army only even smaller

Need help. Mission broken cant find issue in RPT

A tip try getting the mission to work pure vanilla first then slowly take it step by step. also i would be carefull with the loggin, i don't know if you use you own pc as dedi but server hosters won't be happy if you keep spamming the rpt like that. -
right the first error is because the mission uses our database, this is unfortunately not available for the public. you will have to remove our database files and activate the old scripts again. The second one is from the old revive system, this revive will get removed and that should calm that error down.

inside a gunship: Armed osprey: Its not that i don't want a vtol gunship its just to unrealistic. the osprey only has a minigun attached underneath its belly that is remotly acceseble but thats about it. you can't have wing attached weapons because of the size of the rotors, eacht time you would shoot those would be when you are in hover mode with the rotors tilled up, not realy adviseble in a war situation when you want to shoot a tank with a helfire >.> Also a system like in the spooky up there as you can see you do have to activly change the ammunition (don't think a autoloader system would work there) this also means the crew has to reach it properly (don't think you wan't to reload a 40/30 mil cannon prone) that alongside the fact that the only real succesful weapon system on a osprey was 1. belly mounted minigun and 2. ramp mounted m2/m240 would make it impossible to put a gunship applicance to that vtol. (I mean if a BI concept artis could fix this problem he would have allready been kipnapped by the us defence department to make the first working prototype >.>)

Looking at the picture that seems rather impossible, if you look closly you can see some reference of the pilots in the cocpit, having that "cannon" on that spot woul mean that the gunner has to go prone to reach it let alone use it properly, if you look by example at a spooky gunschip it looks like its low but acctually the weapon systems are on a proper hight for use. it only looks as if they are low from the outside. with this new VTOl that is not possible because the pilot size is roughly the same as in the osprey making it roughly the same size therfore it is impossible it has the same layout as a gunship that is allot larger. A doorgun on it also seems unlikly seeing the posittion of the soldier in the door a doorgun would have to be mouted either just outside (which migh conflict with the rotors) or inside. but than stil it would have to be allot higher than in that picture So the only reasons I can think of that thing there is if it is in some way instrument related or if the concept artist of BIS had to snees for a moment while photoshopping the original osprey picture ;)

iirc melee fighting is usually a weapon(or fist for barehand fighting) thats shoots an invissible bullet that does not reach further then 1m or something like that (atleast thats how i think its done) Like froggy posted mcruppert did melee with a sword and I believe gamemodes like Epoch, Exile and possibly breakingpoint also have melee built into it

I speculate that the design for the vtol is just Osprey meets star wars eps. 7 trooper thats how it looks for me. a newly designed osprey. Also can we not like set up an tournament with the devs? like what they did with the marksman dlc but then a bit diffrent. A community team vs. a dev team in like End Game and if the community team wins they will awnser one question or give information on one thing, if the devs win they don't give anything they will just have the pride of devs that are good in their own game ;)
