I purchased a package yesterday hoping to provide a gaming server for my clan.
I was attracted by the advertised bells and whistles including the promise of "24/7 Support".
I have a General Support/Sales query and have tried Support Tickets, Emails and Phone Calls.
I have been waiting for a response by any means for over 21 hours.
Is this the normal way this company does business ??
Am I the only person who thinks they may have made a "BIG MISTAKE"
Maybe 24/7 is actually the support response time, but we will see !!
