Can you add that unarmed people like civs can repair the vehicles you have to have a gun or it says repair interrupted

I would like to use this for my server but is this multiplayer compatible? so all players have the option to repair?

Great Script but how exactly do I spawn in Markers for places for civilians to spawn I tried created a marker and naming is the same as the one in Whitelisted but this didnt work. Thanks
