Beautiful work well, done. Just a little note if you're looking at pushing forward and taking it to that extra level of perfection, it looks like you could improve the timings of the bolt reload animation and line it up with Toadie2Ks hand animation. You say this is you're first Arma 3 modding experience so if you're unsure of what I'm on about come over to 3CB on TS and we can help you through it. Just want to say that apart from that it looks great. -

Just want to check, is this an update to a current hand anim and you are overwriting the file so in the config.cpp the name of the file is the same? Have you tried deleting you're temp folder and the .pbo of the mod and rebuilding to make sure it's not a legacy issue? -
Barney are you still having issues I think I know what you're problem maybe, when you are building the mod are you binarizing it? I think if you don't it causes issues.

That looks like it's something to do with you're original RTM but I can't be sure.

I don't claim to be an expert on animations but I have managed to create and apply custom hand animations for weapons and reloads. For static poses I'd look here numerous people are starting to make static poses. The effectively are producing RTMs then you apply them in game, but how I'm not sure you'd have to look at the documentation they provided to find out how.

Nope you're not that is unfortunately a bug with the auto reload. This has been fixed and is under testing but to fix it we had to remove the reload fire feature. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Our naming convention is quite easy, the L85 has this "asdg_OpticRail_UK3CB_BAF_L85" for its optics slot, and the L129A1 just replaces the L85 at the end so it is "asdg_OpticRail_UK3CB_BAF_L129A1". This can be used for any weapon just find its classname and try putting it in the end do be aware that all of the SA80 series (so L85's, L98 and L86) all fall under the L85 classname that is above. Hope the helps a bit for you if you have anything else you want to do in the future.

I take it this is all in Object Builder? I was creating a very rough shadow LOD in Blender and was experiencing stretching when exporting to across. Just wondering if you need to create a simpler model than using the LOD 0. I don't know how many faces you have. -

Hi TeTeT I just watched you're video of the Nimitz, looking good I used it for an Op a while back and it was glitchy as hell seems like you're doing some good work. You mentioned you were having shadow LOD issues care to explain what was happening. I've been creating them for an M16 and had some problems myself that I managed to solve. If it's easier for you you can jump on the 3CB TS and talk it through with me. -
Model Is Stretched Out in Object Builder?

Just a quick tip I think it is because you didn't apply the rotation, location, scale and visual location. I was experiencing this issue as well and that was the way that I fixed it. Ctrl+A then select the options just so you know. -
Theres no plans to do a pass on the L85 animations at present, I have quite a list of other animations that I was going to work on first. If you would be so kind as to video the animations from CUP as I don't have it and as we don't use CUP weapons and I'm not going to download that much just to check one reload that would be great. Making reload animations is a long process and to get them to line up with the sounds as well is an even longer process, so I hope everyone is aware that any anim changes will take along time to filter through.

Thanks for the info Baconeo, we have seen the RHS variable attachments and it has excited us as well. As the others will agree we wanted to get the mod out as it has been a year in the making so you never know we may be able to achieve something in the future. We're all crossing our fingers that we will be able to work out what RHS have done. Hope you like the L119's I sweated some blood on the hand anims so I messed around with them lots and have a little soft spot for them now.

Hi has anyone ever had an issue where they have lost their profile? I put my PC to sleep I had already shut A3S down when I turned it back on the PC didn't wake up properly so restarted and I have now lost my profile. Just seems an odd one to me. Thanks -

Hi sorry for another question, I have made a number of reload animations I have now come to realise how out of sync some are with the vanilla reload sound affects. I take it this is because of where my key frames occur compared to the vanilla ones, is there an easy way to find out a list of the key frames online or do I have to do some magic de RTMing with Mikero's tools to sync these up? Alwarren did you ever release an updated version of you're toolbox? In the youtube video comments you mentioned that you had created a newer version allowing you to delete proxies but that you hadn't released it. I was looking around to see if I could find a newer version and the only one I could see was v1.5. Thanks again for the toolbox its a great help.
