  3. So, how has the mdoel.cfg look like? Like the OFPMan Skeleton one? And which tool I can use to binarize a single data? The Addon Builder doesnt work, only for files :(

  5. 1. How can I binarize them? 2. I right clicked on the key frames window and clicked "export Martices". Then i got the .rtm file, like described in Zach's Tutorial... Thats all I made.

If I let the Proxys of the weapons in the model, I cannot export the .rtm File and OB crashes. Anyone have an Idea?

    Hey Jarhead, Just an Idea, but: M Maybe you could create an Symbol, If an Mission "needs" your Addon cause of its good and believeable Soundenvironment (Intense Firefights, Many Explosions etc.). It could be named. "Sounds best with J.S.R.S"

    Item config how to?

    The first things, you'll need for beggining are the resolution LODs (1.000, 2.000, 3000 so on), a shadowVolume LOD (maybe also for diferent resolutions) and An Memory LOD, if you want to react with the thing in the model.cfg or the Config or in Scripts. For more Information How2Make it, please look around in the Forum or the Web. Mondkalb, one of the BIS developers, has made an Tutorial for Modelling beginners.     I bthink, It must be "vehicle". Take a look at the mainconfigs of the BIS RPGs and the Vehicles, especially of the military ones.

    I you want to learn, how to create an Weapon for ArmA3 I recomend you to take a look at the BIS Tools for A3. There are Samplemodells, with all (Config, Samplemodel, Model.cfg etc.) Or take a look at this: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=19760 You can use the whole Config of the source folder for your own Modell. Just replace the custom stuff...
  15. ok, I'll need your help again: Now, I have added some new Ironsights, with rotating parts, when I have an optic on it. The problem is, that the animation doesn't work. Heydee hoo Folks, I currently working on an weapon mod, and at some of my weapons I got an problem with the animations of the muzzleflashes and the firemodeselector. the Strange thing is, that the animation works at some of the newer modells, I created directly with OB. This is in my opiniion the reason of the error, because in all the Modells I made before in O2, the two animations doesnt work.   17. So, how i understood it, you have the permission of the author, but not the original unbinarized modells of him? Maybe, you should ask him for them, because you cannot work with binarized modells.

  20. It would be interesting too, If someone could explain, how I can manage it, that two barrels of an MG can move backwards (recoil so on...) for every single shot. And not at the same time. So: First barrel, second barrel, first barrel so on. Can I make this in ArmA?

    Love it. Good work. Will there be more support for other glasses, like the normal ones? The sunshades could protect the eyes, not like in Vanilla. Just an Idea ;)
