Im opening a map with arma 1 objects in it how do i import them so that i can use them in buldozer?

Is there a way to get a height map out of a pew file so i could create the terrain normals?

I have seen multipal people editing existing maps done by Bohemia, how does one go about getting ahold of the terrain builder files i am interested in doing some major edits to chernarus, if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
