Hello, I'm new to scripting and have been watching a few tutorials here and there. I was wondering if it's possible for me to look at the scripts of servers to try and understand what each script is doing for my own benefit. Servers like KOTH, Life Mods, Wasteland. How would I go about doing this?

I'm looking to get a dedi box from Vilayer to host an Arma 3 Server. I was wondering what OS do you guys think is best for running a server?

I'm playing on Chenarus, why is there no bullet dust? Is it a setting? Or what? It is clearly seen on the tree, but not on grass.

I'm playing on Bornholm and was wondering if there was a way for me to find all of one type of building. Specifically the large green military towers. Also hospitals, but j think there's only one of those in the map.

How do i go about adding new things into arma? Like buildings and houses and what not. I looked on youtube and couldn't find much about creating your own custom houses.

I want to spawn some things in with editor and then when i load up the mission zeus is a slot that a player can take, how can i do this?

I used to know the control, but how do u go from standing position to lying on your side in one motion?

I want to get into map making for arma and i have used world machine to make maps for a few other games so i was wondering if it is possible for me to use it to make maps for arma? Has anyone ever used it? and have your maps turned out well?

I was wondering how i go about making a map for Arma 2? What programs do i need, what do i need to learn. Im looking to make an island like tavinia, namalsk so on.

I have a mac and i am using VM Fusion and when i run Arma 2 it just black screens everything but the chat and some other mission related stuff, like in dayz it shows my GUI, gear, i can move, shoot, and the debug menu, but its all blacked out for the actual game. If VM Fusion doesn't work with Arma 2 do you think it works with 3 or DayZ Standalone. Any help is much appreciated
