[LEA Not working?]

I tried to get LEA working for hours. it was not working for the life of me. I have watched everything and i have tried everything. Im running windows 8, not 8.1

Anyone know?

Im looking for a domination mission, the one where there is siddemissions and you have to capture certain cities. But i need one that has Jets, like the A-10. And all that good stuff :) thanks.
