    US Naval Warfare Pack [WIP]

    Monday Update: I have begun doing monday updates so our followers can stay up to date. Expect this to be on our Facebook page as well. Mod News: We have decided to add the UH-1Y, AH-1Z, AV-8B, TAV-8B, and Buffalo MRAP to the pack. All will be modular thanks to the Service Menu created by John_Spartan. Aircraft Status: T-45C model is almost done, we are adding in the smaller details CH-53E model is almost done, we are just struggling lowering the poly count for arma, but it is down to 60K(needs to be at 20-30K) C-2A is 99.999% done model wise. Small details are taking longer to complete MV-22B Model is complete. UH/AH-1/AV-8 are being reskinned for each detachment in the USMC thanks to Morech/2ndLt Creech[15thMEU]; AH-1 will get an altered gunner cockpit TAV-8B model will be finished in the next few days MH-60R/S models are done, the S is almost good for release. Lead dev on that is just on vacation :) F/A-18C needs bones, and then it will go to Oxy2 Phase EA-18G model is on hold until the F/A-18D model is started/finished. KC-130J is being ported and reskinned fully from A2 to A3 F-35B/C status is unchanged ALL UAV models are done P-3 Orion model is about 45% Done Ground Asset Status: M777 model is still at 95% done M252 status is unchanged Buffalo MRAP is 95% Done LVS is having some...odd...issues. Ship Status: LCS-1 model is 95% Done LCS-2 model is done, textures are 60% completed Destroyer models are in their infancy. Team Status: We are looking for 2 people who are proficient in Oxygen2/Addon Builder to assist in porting and model setups. Please PM me with work examples of ports from A2 to A3, or any relevant examples. Testers are not needed. Between the groups the team members are in, we have a pool of about 800 testers :p

    We will not be making a Zumwalt class ship. Supposedly it will be commissioned in 2016 but as with everything, there's a chance that it will be scrapped in this time frame if testing is presented to be sub-par to expectations/required standards. We also have no information to go off of since it is so new and ship capabilities are not fully listed, and not to mention the guns and munitions are not listed yet as to the type and amount that will be used.

    lol thats the point im trying to put across. They do not land on carrier anymore as of last week. If you read the memo, they state that they will not land/takeoff on carrier anymore. They can, but will not. Maybe in an emergency but I do not see them being close enough to a carrier to do an emergency landing. Either way, I am personally looking into making the B/C variant of the F-35, as well as how we can add all it's weaponry and ordnance options. Hopefully i can learn John_Spartans service menu fast enough to release them by next week :D

    Just to clarify all this: While VMFAs are still carrier-borne, the EA-6B has been retired from carrier use. Ergo, the EA-6B will only launch from land bases and will never land on a carrier again in it's remaining time in service. Per the newly released plan by the USMC, a EW variant of the F-35(EA-35B/C?) will most likely replace the EA-6B, but we have to wait and see. Until it's replacement is announced, I presume Navy EA-18G's will be used for the EW role in the fleet. You also have to remember that the airframe has been use for about 40-45 years now and it is getting costly to maintain(Granted the F35 isnt any better, it is at least new) and it's hardware is not efficient enough for the current jet standards. Right now, 7SS will develop the EA-6B and release it for public use in A3 when it is ready.

    He is not. And we are currently not building the Zumwalt Class Destroyers because the USN has yet to have one commissioned. We're also not adding any more assets until we have the current list completed. After the current list is completed, then we will look into adding more :D

    Nah its fine. We havent looked into SF stuff year like FORCON, SEAL, MARSOC etc. Just the basic air, ground, and sea assets. We plan on expanding to other packs, like historical vehicles, experimental aircraft, assets from other countries etc and eventually we'll come back and create uniforms and branch out into SF assets. But that's down the line, unless our team tripples in size.

    The bulldozer is intended for milsim groups with engineering sections to have a proper engineering vehicle. In theory, you can turn it into a mobile creation factory that can only spawn barriers and hescos through R3F. Other than that, its a neat little vehicle that is not in A3 :)

    We've talked about it but thats about it lol. If our team grows enough, we will most likely make units and general utility vehicles. But until then, the sexiness you see is the sexiness you get ;)

    Slight Announcement: While developing our first wave of vehicles (C-2/T-45C/CH-53E/MH-60S/F/A-18D), we have been contemplating the functions of the Growler and Prowler. Thanks to Arindfle's scripting skills, we have confirmed yesterday that we are now able to jam or deflect locks and missiles from impacting friendly air assets within the range of the aircraft. In our future waves of aircraft when we are ready to release the Prowler and Growler, the NFO's onboard the EA-6B and EA-18G will have a custom UI and all the avionics/munitions they have IRL to use to deflect incoming missiles and locks from enemies. Edit: We have also added the KC-130J, CH-46, and S3B to the mod list. The mod list will not change from now until the ship phase if our team size permits a change. Also updated team roster. Edit #2: We have just tested features for the EA-6B and EA-18G and have confirmed that we CAN now jam missile locks and incoming missiles. We are currently contemplating the UI and implementation of this feature in the EA-6B and EA-18G. Arma is about to get interesting ;)

    SITREP 17JUN15 New Vehicles Added: F35B, F-35C, RQ-7, RQ-8, X-47B, Scaneagle We are also looking for texture artists and anyone who has advanced skill in Oxygen 2/Addon Builder and Cfg to join the team due to our capability to steamroll models right now. Currently not looking for testers. Also, per MFD standards in the military, we will try to have the horizon display overlaying a thermal view of the front of your aircraft. If possible, the thermal view will be colored, or just the usual white hot/black hot. All vehicles marked as [Coming Soon] are currently in the texture/oxygen phase and are passed the model phase. If we get more member who can use Oxygen 2/Addon Builder, these addons will be rolled out a lot faster. /END SITREP

    Chops will be releasing the Arleigh Burke separately, but will be assisting with the rest of the mods, so expect multiple Arleigh Burke Class ships in A3 in the near future.

    I can whip out the CH-53E by 25JUL15, but that's without the service menu and multiple skins :/ I may release a test version for the 15thMEU on 25JUL and work on any bugs and the Service Menu integration while that is going on so the public release is near Arma-Perfect :D

    Well, it will take forever to figure out thanks to based god Bohemia, but it will be able to jam any radar lock and jam TFAR/ACRE, and possibly a light EMP device. Not sure if the IRL version can listed to radios or JAM anything heavy but it will definitely hinder the operational capability of any vehicle under it. Again, not sure how it will work yet due to the complexity of its system capabilities.
