Hey can anyone help, on my server when players try to store vehicles it gives us the hint "This vehicle isn't a persistent vehicle." I'm really unsure about this because I thought that the persistence was defined by the state of the vehicle (blown up or working). If someone could suggest any possible fixes it would be awesome, kinda sucks not being able to use the garages. I will also mention we have only had this problem since 3.1.2, not suggesting its Tonics fault but the extra info may help.

Hey guys, I've been reading through this thread and I have noticed a lot of people have been saying "Tonic for some reason thinks civs shouldn't save their weapons", well my experience on servers I can assume that Tonic has only followed what has happened on the Arma 2 life servers and done the same here. On the majority of life servers Civ gear is not saved as it just prevents a lot of problems and also follows the roleplay, you join the server as a new person, a clean slate. Cops only spawn with guns as there are less of them and it would be stupid for them to buy a gun every time they died as there would really be no one to fight the constants crimes but a bunch of unarmed police officers. ---------- Post added at 12:02 ---------- Previous post was at 11:57 ---------- I also have a suggestion that I think would be a very good solution to many problems. I think that you Tonic should create a forum just for Altis Life, on this forum you could post your updates, announcements etc. but it could also include things such as script help, questions etc. where the community can help each other out. I have seen this with the Epoch forums and I think its a great idea as it as well as getting help, people can go back look at old threads and find the solution for their problem there and then, sorted! I hope this idea eventually gets some looking into, I think it would benefit you greatly!

You need to set it up yourself, look into the weapons config for the shops and adjust the donator code that is in that, its pretty simple :)

Hey tonic or anyone on this forum, I came across a kind of serious bug that i'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix. Basically because players can manually sync data I have noticed that they can use ammo, leave and join back and all their ammo will be back, the same for guns, they drop it, join back and the gun is on the ground but the player still has it. I think some servers have editing the sync data to be auto but does anyone know how to fix this, its kinda game breaking if you understand what I mean. Many thanks if you can try and assist me in sorting this out. -Willy (I have searched everywhere for a fix on this and cant find one so I have put the effort in before asking)
