  2. You take the words out of my mouth. No ACE compatibility and that nasty scope problem are two major issues here. And i wish the authors would communicate a little bit more with the community here. Im still waiting for these problems to get fixed and those vehicles we saw on pics - then this would be a must have mod ;)
  3. We still need a pw6 update here. Whats up? And one bug: On some of the weapons I cant attach a scope. For example the AK-103. Several scopes are shown as possible attachment, but they wont show up on the weapon and the sights will be fucked up. Yeah, I'm using other mods, though this error doesnt show up on all VTN weapons, but only on some. So it seems to me it should be possible to fix that issue?
  4. So its on purpose the Harrier cant land on helipads? Thought I found an error first finally ^^ I would LOVE to see the Strykers next update :DDDD, (And the Scud, and the Tunguska, and...) btw. will we get desert textures for the LAVs and the M163A1?
  5. Me and my m8s used CUP over and over the last few weeks - iis a must have mod imho. Small issue: The AV-8B Harrier, when AI controlled, will land at airfields - but wont land on helipads - he just moves to the nearest runway. Shouldn't he be able to land on a helipad? Take a look at the F-35B by Chortles (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=24168). You can tell the AI to land on runways AND on helipads.

    Hey there, thanx again for your amazing mod - me and my guys cant play without it. I have a small issue: Letting an ai controlled Osprey land on a helipad works fine, but letting him land on the runway of an airfield doesn't work out. He comes in and wont turn the engines - so as he touches down, the rotor will come in contact with the ground and the whole thing explodes. Is there something you can do about that?

  9. Im so glad there is a fantastic soundmod now which won't interfere with RHS. Are other things planned in the future, like vehicle, ambient sounds aso? PWS seems to sleep again - have to wait for it to try it out -.-
  10. Im so glad we got an update here. Nice work m8s! Thank you very much for your hard work! But I have to admit I was hoping for some more vehicles soooooo badly... Like that AN-12, that MI-28, those LAV-25, the MIG and so on, and so on... ^^
  11. Wow, this is like a dream became true. Amazing! I know you wrote those ships are mostly fictional, but can you tell if they are based on real life counterparts? Id like to know which real ships were your source of inspiration and share some similarities to your fantastic units.

  15. Leshrac and dscha, you two should team up and create the ultimate towing mod. With trailers, airlogistic towing, tractors, templates for other vehicles like towable field artillery aso...... and then maybe consider adding it to ACE. :D

  18. Well there are some mods which let you use the vanilla trident class submarine (I think it reprensents a real life Astute class). Some do it good some, well, less good. I think the best is: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=25517 As far as I know it creates an interieur construction far away from the map and teleports you there when you enter the sub. You can navigate, dive, drive around, fire weapons, use that little SDV for specops, walk “inside the submarine“ and So on. Its a work around, but not bad for getting a real submarine in Arma.

  20. Wow. 2 towing mods in one week. This one looks amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. But as the other one there doesn't seem to be a chance to add additional vehicles via script in a mission file. I dont think all of the big important mods will be willing to add this mod to their package :( There are some vehicles I would like to tow... like the C-RAM, the RHS/CUP Airforce, the SU-22, static field-howitzers (CUP), aso... Is there any chance you can provide us with some kind of script to add vehicles on the fly? (Maybe with a try-and-error-phase to find the right "attachpoints"?)
  21. Good to hear something from you. And good to hear this mod is still alive. So you think you can post some updates on a more or less regular base in the future? Just a few words from time to time, so we know this fantastic pack is still out there and being worked on :) - Are there new informations about a coming update and those awesome vehicles we saw on the pics and in the videos? I heared there were some problems with the jets, helicopters and the heavy vehicles? Especially I'm curious about that mighty russian transport plane, the LAVs (saw some pics, as far as I can remember), the MIG and the MI-28 of course :) Wish you the best for the next release, hope to hear from you and your team :)

  23. I dont think you have to apologize for anything m8. You are doing an amazing job - and by that i dont mean the terrains (which surely are an outstanding job too ;) ) - but working for your kids, dealing with hard times and making it possible to go snowboarding with your kids. Thats by far more important and i think you should be proud of that :) I think everybody is gladly willing to wait for your release as long as it takes. The results will be worth it. Take your free time to relax or go outside with the kids :) - the community will wait and will welcome the released terrains when they are ready :) Happy halloween to you and your kids.... btw..... will you tell them jimmy kimmel told you you ate their halloween candy? :)
