Recently, I bought the ARMA X Anniversary Edition. Downloaded ARMA 2, ARMA OA, British Forces and Private military. Ran ARMA 2 vanilla first. It was all good and on highest settings. These problems did not exist there. No problems at all. BUT then I ran ARMA 2 OA. Started the same campaign and the same mission. Instantly got these two problems.

1). The animation problem is that the NPCs move in lag. Their animation is like picture by picture - slow motion, skipping, jagged, choppy. It is like in here /watch?v=DPCBOJKvq4I BUT the animation problem happens AT ANY RANGE. Even up close.
Keep in mind that the same doesn't happen to normal ARMA 2 on the same missions.
2). Every shadow except the player one is blocky. I ran ALL settings on high on both ARMA 2 and ARMA 2 OA. ARMA 2 looked great. The shadows of everything were smooth and high quality. But then I went to OA, they looked very blocky, twiching or moving. Also there was some sort of a circle/line around my character that moves with me. When a shadows enters that line of that circle, the bad quality shadows become good quality shadows.
What I tried to solve this problem but failed:
Fiddled with the in-game settings
Verified Cache
Deleted anims.pbo and its alikes (files with anims on it)
Deleted the Arma 2 and OA.cfgs in the documents
Deleted everything Arma related, then re-installed the two games. Ran ARMA 2 first then OA. Problem still here.
System Specs:
Video Card : Radeon 7870
Ram : 8 GB
Processor : Intel-Core i7-2600K 3.40 GHz
OS : Windows 7
Notes:
ARMA 2 works fine. ARMA 2 OA has these problems. So it is NOT a problem with my PC.
My computer can very well handle it (70 fps+ at all times). I run on max settings too. Settings don't fix these problems.
I really hope there is someone willing to help here. The game is great, yet I'm handicapped to the vanilla and for some unknown reason.
