[CBA: Community Base Addons for A2, OA and CO]

so i recently downloaded the latest version of CBA, never having used it before, to get some other mods that require it. i kept getting some error popups like requires community project e, or something like that, then requires ui helper, but i fixed all of that. so now when i try to load the game, ill get to the main menu, and another error will pop up on my screen. something along the lines of missing user_config\asp\asp_config.hpp. ive googled it and searched the forums but i didnt seem to find any fixes for the error. im not trying to play MP, or anything, just simply use the mission editor. i am also using the Steam version of the game.

Ok, so as the title says, every time i try to use the Community based addons, addon for Arma 2 OA, i get this error cba_xeh_oa needs required addon CA community configurations project E. and then it starts the game, but as soon as it gets to the loading screen, i get another error, 'include file userconfig\asp\asp_config.hpp not found. i know you probably think im crazy for not playing online. but im deployed to afghanistan and this game is all i got to pass the time. and internet is no where near good enough to even attempt to play online. so i just find new mods and try em out. making my own missions. im also kind of a noob to the game so if someone has an answer for me it would be greatly appreciated if it is specific, and detailed. thank you
