on the topic of the Assault rifle, 343I has stated (someone posted a link earlier on here or the TEI thread), anything design wise in Halo CE and Halo 2 before the remasters is no longer cannon(remasters are the cannon). that means although it looks like it, the MA5B does resemble the MA5C in pretty much all aspects now -

technically you can according to newtons laws, a force pushed the bullet out, and gravity isnt really all there to stop it so technically it could go quite a ways -

UNSC used standard weapons in space, look at their ship battles with covies, thing is bullet drop doesnt exist in space -

More info on bushlurker as legend goes back in the day of Operation Flashpoint, a young man in a worlds with no grass goes under a bush for cover...hes been spitting out masterpieces since. I love how the map looks, cant wait to see it with trees and all that -

i think i can come up with a concept of a non intrusive iron sight that would seem believable ---------- Post added at 17:11 ---------- Previous post was at 16:04 ---------- then again a pistol style "bump sight" as i call it would work possibly, as its pretty much very unintrusive -

i want a Halo Flood mod, it should be quite simple to make the playermodel and still work with vanilla animations. atleast for human flood. I'd want them to be able to melee and also use a jump like the one in the old jumpMF mod -

i'd suggest for covie machinegunners to use a handheld version of this: http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Type-42_Directed_Energy_Support_Weapon kind of like its UNSC counterpart the M247 GPMG. and i could easily see how it'd work as a Machinegun/autorileman position. and the static MG can be this http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Type-52_Directed_Energy_Support_Weapon -

im going to lay this whole patch thing to rest here, the yellow and black patch is featured on woodland/green Armor, and the plain out black outline version is only on the brown/desert armor Woodland: http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110509033849/halo/images/e/ee/Reach_9168358_Medium.jpg Desert: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140503032656/halofanon/images/1/1d/Halo-Reach-Long-Night-Solace-122-SNIPER-ARMY-TROOPER.jpg both of these patches are on my variants of the uniforms i released screens of early on (planned for a later OPTREB release) A bit more info on said patch: Upon doing research that patch seems to not be connected to a particular army unit, it could be possible it was used to Identify Army from Marines, (Army having the Hexagon, Marine the UNSC logo) Although Theronnett does have a point on the resemblance between the UNSC Army patch and the 1st Calvary patch. So if it does mean anything, it'd be that the entire UNSC Army stationed on the planet Reach was a calvary division, which is unlikely due to a planet's size compared to a single division. -

There was a time late insurrection early Hu-Cov war where spartans had the Mk4 armor, which had no shields, so thats another possibility -
