  4. Are you sure code executed only once always? Because second call to TFAR_fnc_setAdditionalSwChannel will disable it. Check - https://github.com/michail-nikolaev/task-force-arma-3-radio/blob/master/arma3/@task_force_radio/addons/task_force_radio/functions/fn_setAdditionalSwChannel.sqf#L25-L29

Yes, each mission run freq are random. By default side radio in encrypted, so to listen enemy it is required to hae theirs radio. You could remove radio from dead by SQF scripting. Respawn gives new radio ID. Same maybe be user to force user to join TS (you could check plugin, TS server and channel via SQF API).
