Nitrostealth

I have tried almost everything to get BinPBO Personal edition up and running, I've tried reinstalling it and tried re-downloading it, and nothing seems to be fixing it. Here is the exact error I, and another one of my friends seem to be getting. C:\Program Files (X86)\Bohemia Interactive\Tools\BinPBO Personal edition\BinPBO.exe The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. I also have Microsoft C++ VS 2008 which I thought was the first problem, but to no avail. I am also running Windows 7 professional if that helps any. =/ Please help!! Thank you, Nitro
