PROBLEM SOLVED! Thank you for solving my problem. After I disconnected my Logitech G430 7.1 surround sound gaming USB headset and disabled Logitech Gaming Software, I'm able to play Arma without any problems. YES !!!!

Hi, I need help! Before I played Arma 3 without any problems. I haven't played Arma 3 for some time. Game is up to date (Apex version 1.96, some DLCs, new drivers and latest version of Win 10). Recently I got this problem, game is totally unplayable. Every few minutes the game freezes for few seconds, sound goes crazy. I'm using vanilla version of the game (without any added mods) and I play only multiplayer. Problem starts immediately when I enter any vehicle. When the problem occurs, I have around 40fps. I can connect to any server without any problems (I mean any server that Is supported by the version of the game) AMD 8 core CPU / 20gb RAM / AMD Rx580-8 GB / SSD 512 gb/ Adrenaline 2019 version 19.10.2/WIN10/Track IR5

Did you verify your game files? Yes, but that changed nothing. I unistalled Arma and re-installed via Steam. Problem is still there. Did you monitor your CPU/GPU usage/temperature during these freezes? Yes, everything seems normal.
