    I have a public Ravage server back up. Its on Tanoa. Has player persistence. Only these mods (to keep it simple): 1. Ravage v146 2. CBA_A3 <--- newest version 3. You can use enhanced movement (BB) 206.217.128.13:2310 (no password) [DFS] RAVAGE on TANOA Everybody is invited. If you see some foolish cheating, just PM me. Fire

    @cosmic10r I think it looks really good. Looks like an unkept gun thats been laying around in the shed or the back of the truck for quite awhile.

    Yep, you'll need to hold out for Haleks or others. I don't typically use traders or any friendly forces for that matter, so you're over my pay grade.

    ok, never tried that combo. You'll have to wait for one of the others to respond. -I don' t see why it wouldn't work though. Only thing that i could think of would be if you lowered you're rating by killing some BluFor or Civ's before you tried trading with them.. Not sure if that matters for traders though. You could try adding: player addRating 20000; in your initPlayer.sqf file (if you have one) That would allow you a least one friendly kill, probably.

    @boyce05 hmmm, that is odd. You're playing as BluFor, and you placed BluFor as the trader?

    Man, thats awesome ! Didn't really expect that. Did you get pop-in when you tested that, or is spawning based on the proximity of the camera?

    The horde module doesn't work great in MP. We had the same issues when we tried it. If the module fired, then FPS would suffer immediately. The work Haleks is doing on the pathing may help the issue, but we just don't use the horde in a MP environment (dedicated). To offset it, we just bump the zed spawn numbers up a little.

    Its the trash piles, trash cans, dumpsters, random sacks, etc. that lay around outside of buildings that can become searchable. (also includes desks, dressers, lockers, etc inside buidlings) I actually prefer them to the boxes spawing inside buildings.

    Haleks might be able to boost the chemlight brightness some. That would help also. The chemlights are a little dim when shoulder mounted.

    Gonna start getting scary at night !!! oooh, what happens when you're running around in the dark with a weapon mounted light - and all of a sudden you're weapon gets knocked out of your hands and it goes dark - no weapon, no light, all zed

    I just always make sure some weapon lights spawn in. It would be cool to have a flashlight that works in the pistol slot though. <-- and be part of Ravage

    I think that was one of the issues I had when testing with Phronks script. But it was better than nothing. Still, the most usefull addon with Ravage has to be BB Enhanced Movement !!

    Phronk has a script version that I've tried in Ravage, but it was a little clunky. I believe at one time he was going to polish it off, but I don't think he ever got around to it. It did work though. And it was a script -so thats cool. I might mess with it tonight and see what I can do with it again. I'm pretty sure he would let me tweak it some if I asked him. --Uses melee weapons

    Also: Is there a chance that they can knock your weapon out of your hands? That would be cool to!

    @haleks The only thing I've noticed about the zeds lately, is: 1) that they don't seem to be knocking your pack off 2) that they must have some random chance of delivering a blow up to the standards of Mike Tyson. I had one kill me the other night with one punch and I had over 90 health. Bugger took a wind up or something, hit me in my glass jaw... on dedicated server.. BTW, The zed damage doesn't really bother me that much. Its made me a little more cautious getting near them. Now I make sure I always have an escape plan when getting near a town.
