    Have you tried the map view (press m) in Eden? It's quite similar in some aspects.

    Is it currently possible to place a EMPTY ammobox? Even better would be a clear button when editing the contents of something. For some of the boxes it's quite annoying to remove like 20 items with 1 to 50 units each.
  3. There's not one thing that comes to my mind which can be done faster in 2D editor. 3D Editor has way more possibilites and tools. Also I don't notice any longer loading times? Maybe the initial start up is slower but you just start this thing once every session and we are talking about seconds here. From a developer perspective I'd say maintaining two editors instead of just one is much more work with little to no positive effect. So why keep it?
  4. Yeah, must be! :D No, was just a false alarm. I'm too tired, i guess. For me the files are also not loadable. Looking into the linked fix tomorrow.
  5. Anyone also using Game Updater from Arma Tools? For me the tool wants to update to 31GB total which would be almost the double amount of data... :huh: Edit: False alarm. :)

    Arsenal Integration for Units (as mentioned x times before :P ) Editing inventory of boxes/vehicles etc Add setCaptive to attributes Some kind of organisation for missions (subfolders, tags, ...) Last point bugged me for quite some time. I create template missions for some stuff, maybe whole campaigns or other stuff that somehow needs to be grouped together.

  10. So basically there is no way in making sure a player can be up in the next minutes even if everthing is patched up? But there is! The PAK. :D
  11. My group is struggling with the Advanced Medical System. We love the complexity it allows but can't quite figure out how to do it right. We have Instant Death disabled and Unconscious timeout somewhere around 20 minutes set. Sometimes, when someone goes down, we fix all wounds (indicated blue, no bleeding left), give blood infusions if necessary. Blood pressure and pulse are normal at somepoint but we cannot get players to get conscious again. We tried giving more epi for a higher heart rate but no success either. Is there anything special to do? I guess about 70% of the time players wake up somewhen during treatment but in the other 30% we have no idea how to wake them up and use the PAK to get them back to fighting.

    Hello, we are using Asr ai for quite some time now with vanilla units and it really adds to our Arma experience. Last week we tried RHS units and it seems like the mod is not working currently. I copied the RHS files you supplied in the asr folder. Is there any further configuration needed?

    Has anybody worked out rangetables for the new zeroing system? I'm not quite getting how to make them myself. Something to read about it would also be fine. :)

    I already did a fresh installation of the server. So there are no settings that may cause this behaviour? What shall I look for when getting the "unique radio" messages?

    Since 0.9.7 we keep getting "Waiting for unique radio" and can't set up the frequencies. Whenever someone changes the frequency on his personal radio, it will be changed for every player. Is there some setting that may cause this behaviour?
  19. Hello, me and my group are playing for some time on our own server (linux dedicated). Performance is quite well, however the server sometimes crashes on "Task completed". I looked at the terminal but did not notice any error messages. It looks like some conditions need to be met for the server to crash: - multiple players - Tasks to complete - some time needs to pass. Most of the time the server crashes after ~2h play time and ALWAYS when a task is completed. The notification is not shown, it dies right before. I tried validating the server files multiple times, but nothing changed. We are using the following mods: AGM, Task Force Radio, CBA. Does anybody know what could be the cause or what I can do to get more debug information?:confused:
  20. Hi, I'm working on a mission for my group and I'm wondering how to make it possible for JIP players to start next to the playing folks. Right now I'm using a simple base respawn. As we are using AGM with permadeath disabled this enables JIP and players don't respawn. How can I spawn them next to the other players without leaving any AI slots open? Cheers :) Edit: Dang, I forgot to change the title after changing my question in the editor. :D

    How do you assign loadouts to units then? If Init-Fields are not that reliable there needs to be another possibilty. I know there needs to be one! :icon_evil:

    Thank you, this works great. :) I have another question: Whenever a player joins, all inventories are overwritten. I guess the init fields of the units are called again - not only for the joining player but over everyone. Does anybody know why this happens and how to work around it?

    Can anybody else verify that it is not possible to spectate after death? The unconscious effect kept going after death. We also noticed, that the diagnosis about morphine level where not consistent between different clients. E.g. player A was according to player B under heavy painkillers. If person A inspected himself, he was not influenced by them at all. This issue was not 100% reproducable, for some of us it worked fine. Edit: Using Zeus is also not that comfortable. If the player is hit all effects are also shown on the Zeus interface and when remote controlling. Would it be possible to prevent these effects from being shown when in the Zeus interface or remote controlling? Nothing important but nice to have.
