I just tried to play with some friends and it does not work for me either. Until the patch we used Gamespy and it all worked fine. Now nobody finds the server hosted on my PC. -

I think you need to compile it yourself from the sources in the repository as there is no current build. :) Instructions or a link to instructions in README.md would be nice. -

It looks like all injuries and pain effect still carry over to Zeus. For example if the player is unconscious you cannot see anything in Zeus. This does not happen when remote controlled units are hit. -

Anybody noticed that after respawn/unit switch/switching to Zeus/... all medic effects carry over? Would it be possible to keep all the effects bound to a special unit instead of the player? -
More hotkeys would be ideal. While Arma is generally loaded with hotkeys for almost everything, Zeus relies far too much on the mouse (for selecting units and stuff). Hotkeys for Remote Control, last placed unit (press multiple times to scroll through list?), fire support etc. would be really nice.

Thanks! This is much easier than linking every unit to the curator. However, this seems not to work in "Preview" in the Editor. Do you know why?

I am hosting small missions for myself and 3-4 friends and it works pretty well on my i5 (50-60fps for everybody). When we play workshop missions we often find missions that use tons of AI and placed FOB etc and performance drops (sometimes 10fps and less which affects ALL clients). Play technically good missions and you are fine. With Zeus you can test pretty easily what the server can handle. -
Now that "Zeus" is a thing, how hard could it be to make a 3D editor?

Wowes, nice. Going to test this one today. Does this one grab units as well? You mentioned snakes so I wonder if this works for placed units as well. €: Is there a way to save the absolute coordinates instead of placing it relative to the player (or so workaround)?- 56 replies

I'd love to have more keybinds for everything. Last placed unit, remote control, thunder etc. Would make the usage much smoother.

Anybody got the dragging/carrying feature working? It starts playing the animation with the "patient" not aligned to it. After the animation is finished I'm not able to move and can only turn around. Is this a known issue? Sorry for not reading 90 pages :( -

Just finished it and now I am sad. :( Overall mission design in the last episode was awesome. Could've been a bit longer. 8/10

I'm currently trying to solve the Medical Supply mission but I cannot pick up the Medkit. First aid kids work, but the medkit won't move into my inventory (which has space free). :confused:

I'm watching this project since you opened the thread and wonder how work is going. I've seen you set up the repositories, but are there already other ppl working? Speaking for myself I would say that a package of the finished ports would be nice. Maybe individual downloads for each item AND a package with all stuff along would not generate much additional work either. :) I'd really like to contribute something to this great project but available time and necessary skills say no. :(
