Looks to me like its answering your problem , either the file path is worng or the name is wrong ? read it exactly and iff all that is correct then something is wrong with the actual pathy your selecting during binarise. when you are binarising are you selecting in options > pathto project folder\ are you ticking folder source or untick and put \wclp\ try the \wclp\ however i think this may cause even more problems because of your namespace vs paths in cppp also but please try it
  3. What does Binarise LOG say ? Can be a few things but the LOG will usually report error specific and thereafter Arma .rpt

The best people woukd be T_D , Mikero and Synide , they seem to do a lit with file info for tools and such , hopefully they will see the post Otherwise I believe they can be found on tools channel in skype .   5. The only info I ever saw outside of the wiki and I believe that was a community member updating how number of float pointss had changed or something ? Was in ofpanim , it also saved rtms and had lpv files and more info , those rtms still work in A3 so any info there may be relevant. Love what you doing for Blender users , many thanks , I currently enjoy BVH or FBX export using the skeleton from armaholic , BVH hacker allows the frame reduction that for me is better than the HalfRate ? I think it is in o2 . However straight out from blender will be a dream for me and many im sure . Im currently strugglung with cloth to keyframe to o2 its a nightmare but im a noob so all shortcuts are gracefully recieved.

  7. cant you attachto perframe , meaning use key press on WASD then use Switchmove to play the WalkForward left etc and match the releveant location ? sounds easy in the above but i have done something similar in the past and BIS now include some good trig and other funcs in default to helpout . I appreciate its all abit convoluted but im sure if a way is needed that would be the way . the only other thing i can think of is a vehicle that is simply made of a Proxy and the Vehicle setposed whilst the player whilst inside the vehicle would assume the stance of the Driver or Cargo anim , this anim again could be changed if required and thus negate all this halo stuff.
  8. its beacuse the tool config that Binarise doesnt have those entries , it usually lags behind for a bit best way to fic is follow that path of the error ( steamapps tools .) and see if there is a value in there something like starEmissivity = 60 in that configs class Lighting and add it if not ; exactly same for the other error. of course this is BIS so check your own config is good with the current devbuild , make sure the config from which you derive your own is not an old version as BIS are changing things and removing things all the time.

Maybe the very thing that hindered progress in A2 will help in A3 in this situation , A roadway Lod would return a Height of 0 no matter how high you were , so maybe set //attach a roadway Lod under the unit and test , i suspect the small clutter cutters should have a roadway lod if you want addon less test .

    Look at the a3 sample models The house is 3 stage damage all you have to do is match values of the hit factor of weapon with armor of hitpoints and make sure the ruin model is the shape of the wall you want when the highest value weapon hits oh and speed up destruction effect .. If that doesnt help there is a great tute in take on heli forums / editung / damage to models

    sorry tought you was reffering to your own conversions hadnt realised the cause was only those maps :) , maybe you cant get permision to overwrite with patchcfg when you done with Bis conversion

    look for class water in cfg of maps this is place where water surface can be over ridden , might be cause , i think especially namalsk has custom water
  13. Great news about the leaning , miss it trenedously ,altho video isnt mine i remember offtimes grom units and the ole script , wish i can remember the chaps name . I guess the collisiongeom used by activated anim isnt accessible or returnable maybe or you reffer to collision between unit and vehicle ? ? its a config entry so maybe config value can be returned and a default arry used thereafter ? again with mount dismount cofig entry for memoryPointsGetInCargoPrecise from vehicle can be returned and abused by configentry maybe ?

  18. well i guess the patronising was always going to be the bulk of your post as history shows. 3dsmax owners have no more advantage than blender owner which is free and neither is relevant . ...............................

    its just technical jargon for headless client and other things already in arma arma 3 can do 1000 km + its simply a case of whats the point ? high res terrain from above already in arma high res on the ground already in albeit still being improved . its the same for every iteration , go read up on ex community members who fell for the "pretty things " , theres no community to brag about they all back here posting in arma forums . only people who benefitted are those who got V4 or have messed with Phys xand now have a head start on people when and if V4 comes to a3 apart from that its all moot , cause VBS for formatted regimented training in a clean environment , the best way for a gamer to get the nearest and cheapest is Join shack tactical or some such clan/group otherwise put you money in an ISA account :) .

    what is it in the video you would like ? its already in arma just dumbed down for the reality of the customer base being game players not simulated battlefields for pre and post op training on a lan party set yp rather than the net , altho probably they do use net in VBS these days who knows :) you can create that video in arma right now and equally you couldnt get 100 folk on a server in vbs in that secen and fly off 40 km and fight nor could you in arma , it needs to be dummed down its a showcase

    Its a showcase of what the Rv engine can do in a different scenario thats all , if you check the official site of BI you will see a patter right back from OFP : Game > stable > VBS upgrade It has happened with every iiteration of the the game and no doubt will continue to happen , Arma3 is a whole different ball game to VBS and always will be, both have different Development needs and budgets VBS > cutomer wants specifics > customer pays > customer gets Arma > customer wants a sandbox> customer gets > customer wants specifics > customer makes themselves.
