Arma 2 Wasteland Stutter on some server(VIDEO proof)

I guys, I really want to continue play this game but now i have stutter every 10 Seconds.... really annoying... Here is my spec: AMD fx-8150 Sapphire HD7850 2gb 12 gb RAM Corsair vengeance And all setting are normal to low... and aa af pp disabled Link to video look at 6,16,26 seconds: EDIT:its all WASTELAND server.
