    Hey yea good idea ill try fit that in next release. :) Unfortunately Bi have not fixed the hasBipod cmd in their code so when the bipods are attached the original grip stays there too. The idea is for it to disappear when attached but we will have to ignore it for now until its fixed. We also been working on a shiny new website for SMA so maybe next week ill give everyone a link to check it out, should be fun. Our team have been busy last 2 months we have alot done just finishing off the HK417 remodel and we should be good for release. We have already started work on our V 3.0 content so before anyone asks read the main page description on future releases for info on when your favorite weapon will be complete. Thanks guys

    @Fiddles27 i Understand your passion for more diverse weapons in ARMA trust me i really do, if i could there would be many other weapon platforms id love to complete for SMA but the reality is that we are a very small team and its simply not possible. We have set out what we intend on completing so we don't loose focus and time. I have had many requests over the last 4 Years but unfortunately we can simply not please everyone. i will need to kindly remind everyone that this is not a request thread and that i tend to not reply on such topics here.   10. Fantastic work Brobeans You stole someone else's Hard work to make yourself look good.. The AMCU pattern you used from My ASOR Textures is clear as day. The camo pattern was hand crafted by myself and i have all the original base pallets to prove it. Also proof that you cut pasted my pattern . http://s31.postimg.org/8kvnahqzf/COPYCAT.jpg I spotted it straight away. Somewhat pathetic on your behalf don't you think? FYI My Pattern is not authentic AMCU it is a representation as close as i could make at the time. I would ask that this be rectified promptly and taken down as you have no right to use my work and take any credit with out my permission.
  11. Hi all BlazenChambeR reporting in to officially annouce our project SMA (specialist military arms) for ARMA3. This is a weapons and attatchments addon that will feture some really cool and unique models to the game for everyone to enjoy. We currently have 11 new weapons, 9 assault rifles and one sniper all with variants of each weapon. Each will have custom ammunition and sounds, The list of weapons we are working on.. remember still WIP AUG A3 HK 416 \ 417 MSAR E4 THALES F90 SAR 21 ACR M4 MK. 18 SCAR SG WORKS SKS SRS Dta SNIPER ARX 160 beretta BMCR P90. Attachments An aimpoint comp 4, Specture 4x and suppressors . More to be announced in future. We may decide to release weapons one by one or as a set depending on what we get done and feel would be best.     Just need to correct you here. Todies work is fantastic and we currently use his animations for some of our weapons such as AUG and SKS and MINIMI. Hes work is great and we hope to collaborate on more of our weapons in the future.

    Hi not 100% sure why the ammo may be doing this i will look into it. The missing texture will most likely be because you have missing SMA pbos. I do not recommend running SMA without all its pbos.

    Hey so not really on the agenda as we have a few other M4A1 type weapons coming soon which will fill the role. remodel of the Rail is not as easy as you may think. Thanks though and glad your enjoying the weapons. Sorry to be the barer of bad news again but i have been asked this multiple times and the answer is no there are no plans for a p90. This is a possibility but i will look into it.

    Yea so i remember chatting with Ping about this , So a asked again to see what was possible. apparently not possible in ARMA, unless BI have changed it, the settings exist in the config but are useless, no effect Maybe at a later date we will try see what can be done.

    The SMA_M4afg_BLK1 and SMA_M4afg variants are different in the branding colors. so the SMA_M4afg is all black with no logo color and the SMA_M4afg_BLK1 is same but with the Logo colors applied same with the TAN and OD you will see the Logo has matching colors. I done this simply because i like choice.

    Hey nillie That's a negative on the surefire/PEQ 15 combo on any weapons with asdg. The reason for this is that it simply does not work, for example Every weapon is different , Size, width, height, length so i have made each weapon its own unique Combo so it looks right on each weapon. Some Authors believe its ok to make attachments like this ASDG compatible but it simply looks ridiculous when it clips through the weapons you put it on. On the other hand the stand alone surefire and peq will go on any weapon you like if it has correct rails and set up. Just the combos need to be done specific. About the AK we are currently doing a nice custom AK and it will have the option of The combo so look out for that soon. The grip pod is hard to explain but again its not something that can be universal on all weapon mods or even a selection of our own guns .. Explanation = The Grip pod Uses a reference Point on the gun the placement of that point determines where it sits so it can only be placed over the existing grip. As you could imagine if people had the option to put this on anything that did not have a vert grip it would clip and look real silly. Also you can not change the animation from how the character is holding the weapon to match the grip pod so if they are holding say a weapon with angled grip when you attach the GP it will not look right at all. So for now the GP is only compatible with Vert grip versions of most SMA weapons. currently ARMA have a bug in their code that does not allow us to delete the original grip so when the grip pod is attached the old one disappears , when they fix this error we will add the function, Here is a link to our Issue tracker to them about it. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=24045 Please upvote if you would like to see it fixed.     Hey gilatar No problems you can post bugs here or just pm me. This is a good one actually.. Is it only SMA weapons that have this issue? I will look into the cause of this and try to fix in the mean time please cross check this with other weapons not in SMA. Thanks
