8th Infantry Division :: We are recruiting! Welcome to the 8th Infantry Division, a realism unit based of ArmA 2 ACE/ACRE. We aim to perform to the best of our abilities in missions that simulate real life situations. We welcome anyone that is interested in joining our unit. Structure We feel that structure is what makes joining a unit worth while. We work in a specific military formation, to achieve an outstanding structure. Being a Recruit in our unit opens up a wide amount of opportunities and roles to achieve. We include basic, leading and aviation roles so that everyone can do what they want to do. You as a soldier We feel that every person who joins us is obligated to the experience that we try to simulate. In doing this we not only host you under our command, but train you. Our higher ranks dedicate there time to no only train you, but to mentor you to become a skilled player. Our events Our most important feature are our events. We host an operation every weekend on Saturday, and give basic training every Wednesday. We also host many other training courses which give qualifications within our unit. Are you up for it? We plan to have operations every weekend when we gather enough members. Requirements to join: - Over 14 - Have Teamspeak 3 - Have ACE/ACRE - Mature Don't be dis-heartened if you see our Teamspeak empty. We are brand new. All members who join and help out in our launch period will be rewarded further on. Any members who have joined, will be expected to be on often just to check what's up, and to be active. If we don't see you on for a while, or you don't contact, we will assume you're dead. Whenever my brother and I both play arma 2 co (different servers), our wi-fi drops. My brother using a wired internet never looses connection. Im using wifi on a laptop and the wifi just drops anywhere from 2-7 minutes. The wifi name shows up in my internet connections list, but whenever I try to connect, It fails until about 30 seconds later, I regain connection. Its ONLY when I play ArmA and its ONLY when both my brother and I play. PLEASE HELP ME IM GOING INSANE!
