    When I play with my headphones on, and I get caught off guard by bullet cracks out of no where it makes me jump, lol. Actually panic, fuq fuq fuq, where is it coming from! And dead.( specially with ASR AI, super ninja ai's)
  2. AGM is a complete gameplay overhaul, it changes practically every aspect of the game. Kind like ACE for previous Arma titles. It completely changes the way the game handles explosives, so your action menu "place satchel" doesn't work. It says you need a satchel or something along those lines even though I have one in my inventory. It does the same thing in the BIS campaign, because AGM alters the satchel items, adds items and completely removes explosives from the action menu. The mod has it's own interaction menu you use. And that's sad to hear about your stance on adding support for more weapon mods, because I disagree. The shop is not full, and I have all the addons that are supported. The thing is they all add the same type of firearms, and none of them add any SMG's, pistols or launchers. (edit) I can place satchels through AGM's interaction menu, and det them but it has no effect. Since the trigger is tied to your action menu, and not the actual destruction of the ship. Same thing in the BIS campaign probably. And I much prefer the ar's in the DM weapons pack and the mk18's over RH's m4 pack, they're much better quality and more varied.(RHS weapons are best overall, would rather have those than anything mentioned) And CUP adds in hundreds of weapons, which would be nice.     This mission lags like crazy with mods installed, runs fine on stock Arma 3. But who wants to play stock Arma?
  4. Would be nice if you added AGM support, I'm stuck on the surfing mission. Because I can't attach a satchel to the boat due to using AGM. So my only option is to exit Arma, remove AGM, and then replay the entire mission. Which I refuse to do. And more weapon addon support, seeing the same weapons over and over is boring. CUP, MASSI, RHS, DM, mkmod18, R3F, STI. More gear/uniforms would be nice too.

  6. I know what it means, I use real optics on real firearms. And no, arma 3's fake 3d optics don't have shadows. And if you want to see what real 3d scopes look like play Red orchestra, just because arma 3's optics use a cco model doesn't make them 3D. Also, these forums are way too sensitive, going to report me for my last post really? Mods are way too uppity too now I remember why I don't spend any time on this website.
  7. THey're not an improvement, at all... They're not even 3d scopes. But yes, I wish more mod authors would see the light and adopt TMR optics into their mods, RHS did a pretty decent job on their ACOG reticle. Arma's 3d scopes don'th ave shadows either, if you're going to rule out TMR for that and say that they "look worse" then like I said you're crazy. Looks worse compared to what? Because TMR is as close as real as it gets.

  9. I disagree,the 2d reticle on the ACOG in RHS is so much more realistic than the 3d reticle on the ACOG in VTN. First of all, you don't see the front sight post through an ACOG, second you can tell all it is is a zoomed in CCO with a texture on it.   10. Download it and find out, I like this much more than I do RHS. This isn't just units, it's gameplay changes. The groupings are a nice touch too, you can put down a company. Yes, it has bugs, but it's to be expected in such an early release. Be grateful we get to play it at all.
  11. If I don't want your sounds over writing JSRS and replacing them what files do I need to remove? Just the sound files? There's a file called replacements, what does that do?

  13. This mod has alot of potential, it does a lot of things right. And some of the weapon models are just so sexy, the pkp and ak-105's for example. Haven't gone through them all yet. I'm impressed, more impressed by this then I was by a mod I was waiting for excitedly for some time. I won't drop names. One thing though is I wish it was compatible with AGM, and I don't really care for the removal of the zoom, or the fake 3d scoped ACOG. I'm excited by the muzzle flash, it looks like you've done it right. Finally someone who attempts to make realistic muzzle flashes instead of just throwing on BI exaggerated, cool factor Arma 3 flashes. Also like the option of going safe, and how the selectors actually switch to safe.

    The HLC Ar-15's are all civilian rifles, and would not ever been seen in a military setting. Nor would they be select fire, I don't understand why they even made that pack.

  17. Hello all, I did a HDD wipe and re installed windows and everything else yesterday. I have re installed Arma 3 and all my addons, but for some reason I now have missing textures/meshes on EWK HMMWV's and some ammo boxes don't show up at all. I saved all my content before I wiped the HDD and just copy/pasted it back into my new Arma install.(my mod folders) Not to mention I just downloaded and installed EWK HMMWV's a few minutes ago, I've never had this happen in Arma before and I don't know how to even diagnose the problem.(usually when meshes/textures are missing it means mods aren't installed properly, but they are.) http://i.imgur.com/o0FSq1F.jpg (256 kB) Some modded weapon crates show up, while others don't. Makes no sense. Unless there has been an update I'm not aware of that is messing this stuff up. I can't see that being the case for the EWK HMMWV's though, he just released it today. EDIT, the trucks has been resolved. But the messed up ammo boxes still unsolved. All the content is inside the boxes, and I get no error messages.
  18. How do you know you're a huge fan of the rifle if you'v enever even handled it. From video games and airsoft? It's not the same, and not a accurate way to judge a firearm.

  20. I'm defiantly interested. Although doubtful how it will turn out. Every warhammer game that has ever come out has been terribad, and not true to the tabletop or lore. The only one I enjoyed was the warhammer mmo, and even that was meh. A total war style warhammer would be fucking epic though, not those shitty wannabe rts by relic or whoever made them. And if you guys focus on the tau I'll be pissed. They came out of nowhere, and suddenly there just a part of warhammer. Always hated them, never bothered to look up the crappy lore that was probably written describing why they where suddenly in warhammer.

Government issue AR's don't say GO LOUD and SOLO and QUIET for safe.
