Tried it, still doesnt work :(.

I opend the editor, placed 4 playeble units ( Bluefor)

Made the description file with the respawn lines in it. ( I made sure it was an .ext)

made the marker respawn_west

saved as multiplayer mission

tried it, doesnt work ;( awh mannn...

Hello guys,

Ive been interrested in the editor for arma quite a while now. And i enjoy making mission for my buddies alot.

But there is this one thing that i just cant pull off, Respawn...

I have read alot of threads and posts about this subject, and i have the feeling im really close.

ill make a quick list of what i tried to get respawn to work:

- make a simple mission

- save it into user missions (?)

- close arma, start noteblock

- put the lines i found on the forums in the note

- respawn = base;

respawndelay = 5;

- save the file as descripion.ext

- put it into the mission map in user missions

- start editor up, and make the respawn_west marker

- close arma.

- downloaded a arma help tool, wich makes PBO files

- so i right click the misson folder, create PBO file

- after this i drag it into my Multiplayer missions folder, and run it on my server

- still doesnt work :(

so is this the good way? or am i missing something?

i hope you guys can help, its bothering me alot that i cant get it to work.
