Outdated ram allocator, CPU count isn't efficient on arma 3 server. I'm sure even hyper threading isn't useful. You can have so many cpus or threads but arma isn't made for this. 32bit guys! I did read somewhere an 64bit server ist internal in experimental phase but release isn't a word you should be thinking. Don't count on that. Use CPU with high single core glock like i7 with 3,8Ghz+ and headless clients. Right know that's the way! -

Of course. Just joining them don't do the job. With silent map converter you can control very well what content is on which HC. If your using only a few Mods or vanilla you can use the "auto balance switch ai to HC" script out of the MCC thread. And I found my error with the turbo boost of Intel in exsi. Had to change the energy management to "max performance". But only 3,6Ghz and not 3,8Ghz max. But worth the shot. -
I don't have enough courage to ask,but... Dedicated Server kompatible? Aiss1 and aiss2 wasn't. Different now?

Did you Setup your CPU in Bios on Max.Standart Glock? I couldn't observ that ESXi is scaling the CPU Glock. Maybe i do something wrong maybe you can help? To maximize the CPU usage is only possible with HCs, sometimes multiple ones. Maybe the best option is to make a little DebianVM as Subnet with Arma3server and setting the CPU affinity manually to core 2+3 and let it run only for HCs. Arma3server is using the same 4GB RAM pool for every client running in the same environment, so theoretically the best way could be for every Client and Server his own VM. Not tested (yet). If your have a 6 core I would try 0+1 dedi, 2+3 HC and 4+5 HC. No hyper threading. Then all empty objects and "ambient ai" to hc1 and the rest on hc2. Silent map converter is very useful to select your wished configuration. I didn't make benchmarks for the best results in core using, but I have the feeling arma supports at least two cores. In the next time I'm trying the "auto balance ai to HC" script from the MCC thread with a cloud of HC with different locations. Maybe I have luck and it works stable, that would be a jackpot. So if different clans working together they could have some... Serious fun :-P -

Simply: More CPU usage and Ressource management. No AI on dedi : all the power for the player connection. Every HC can support an individual amount of ai till it breaks depending on Mods and scripts. Beware of the cps and fps. Shouldn't lower then 20. Every additional HC can support scripts and ai,too. Of course you need to set the CPU affinity per server and client manually otherwise everything is running on CPU 0+1 :-[ -

My Clan is very interested for big Size Missions with a mess up on Objects, AI and Stuff. It would be a pleasure to test out for the purpose of mission oriented object placement and the possibility that our whole missionsmaker team can work on one project the same time.

I don't know its related to ASR AI but after the Patch the IFV Puma from the BWA3Mod doesn't stop shooting on vehicles if you using AGM_armour.

I like your SMC!! The Code seems much cleaner! But i have the bug that all empty objects spawning in 10 Meters and falling down. Can you please check? :) I really like your scripts, seems more stable then the A2MC.

@eulerfoiler Thank you for your work! But your script is too early for its time. Right now we have still no greater ai script like ALiVE, GAIA or Upsmon supporting ai groups on different HC. And even MCC is not working correctly with HC. So I want to see in MCC in the future a better GAIA system and supporting all kinds of headless clients. Bevor that is not happening you need a small army of Zeus player to organise the enemy -

I'm seeing this thread only now? I'm just too slow... I can support dirty in all his aspects and wanted to add the (already said) suggestion to make ffis2 headless client supporting with outsourcing heavy scripts on them. Multiple headless clients maybe, too? I hope you're still working on this, I'm missing the working ffis1. ASR_ai is not enough... -
I'm slowly beginning to understand. I don't get the whole picture but I have an idea... So means less "AWSOMENESSSSS!!!!!" But the same "pewpewpew" with more "SMOOTHNESS!!!" If you could make a picture to make it more clear... Just kidding ;-) I like the Lite version! Please keep it up to date! Maybe making the Lite version kind of "durability" version like... Linux with Ubuntu and Debian?

The optic from the strider goes up and down way too fast. Should take around 5 seconds to move out completely. And the heat signature is way too big. The optics are cooled and have no big heat source at all.

Agree to that point! Magnesium lights are clearly visible on day, too! And freaking fu*king bright in the dark! Normaly the Mortar and 40mm Flares are visible for ~90-120 Seconds.

God Damn YES!!! Finally! But not for drivers? rly? I can understand that it could be hacky while driving doing some other stuff, but while standing (not moving) the driver should be able to have his own "spectator zone" ( don´t know the real english word for it, we german call it "Beobachtungsbereich", a Direction or Zone the Driver, Gunner and Commander is looking at) This is really needed, too! But still thank you for this feature! Our Tank Commanders are very thankfull.

Please think about an option to disable changing of locality for some groups. Some features and scripts do not work correctly if the locality changed. Beside that, good approach! -
