This problem has been solved Our server original operating system: Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (Simplified Chinese) SP1 Run steam and ArmA 3 Alpha occur same error message: ...CreateDXGIFactory1 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll... First, download and install directx_11_redist,the problem persists Then upgrade Windows Server to SP2, still error... :cryy: Last, download and install Windows6.0-KB971512-x86,the problem is solved!
