I wonder if there's an easy way to make a new heli in a config using these parameters to change the outward appearance.

Your leaders need to be the most active players in your group. If they're not, the others lose interest. Not always 100% accurate, but in my experience dating back 17 years I'd say this is true in 99% of cases. Try to get people involved in your group, instead of just showing up to play. The more reason you give players to come back and be involved, the more that they actually will participate.

Where can i find BLUFOR vehicles texture ?

Learn how to use the ingame config viewer. When you find the vehicle you want it will show you the file path to your texture. Then you need to use an unpacker to open the pbo in order to get at it. If you've never retextured Arma games before you might want to look at some tutorials, because it's nowhere near as easy as just replacing a file in your Arma directory. -
Technically untrue. The A-10B is a two seater. The reality is that only one was built and it resides in a museum.

What makes the medical HEMTT heal?

The repair, fuel, and ammo HEMTTs are easy when it comes to figure out where in the config they get their abilities from, but I'm having a tough time trying to figure out which line in the config gives the medical HEMTT its healing properties. Any ideas? -

TeTeT, if you or any of your texture guys have any time, do you think there's any possibility of including multiple hull number textures so we can change which carrier we want to use? Obviously this is way down on the priority list, but I thought I would suggest it if it hasn't already been suggested. -

Your mission folder has to have the VAS folder and the open.sqf has to be inside that VAS folder. If you've done it wrong then you'll get the error that you're getting missions\mymission\VAS\open.sqf If you think you have it correct but it's still not working, then save the mission and upload it for us to take a look at. -

It would be really nice if this could actually function close to the real life counterpart. Without a real electronic warfare mechanism in Arma 3, sadly the Prowler can't be as cool as it should be. -

This might have to do with the PMC uniforms being in the independent faction. You'll get poor results if you try to add them to blufor/opfor. -
Large walkable wall sections to snap together?

Can't you make the wall sections taller and have them clip the ground so it looks like it's actually coming out of the ground? -

Backpacks in vehicles?

Not that I know of, at least not in a script. You'd have to create a new backpack in an addon, which would require players to have a mod installed. The only thing I can think of would be to find the class name of a backpack that's already used by one of the soldiers in the game. As far as a custom filled backpack I don't think you can do that. -

The Nimitz mod has a missile and racks of bombs. Oh, and an aircraft carrier. -
I think it's 'Hit' in the cfgAmmo, but don't quote me on that.

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons.optic_DMS' is an error caused because A3 is looking for optic_DMS and it's not there. The DMS is a scope that's on the dev build and will be released in the next patch, so the patch will eliminate that error. I think it is the latest version of the Mp9 mod causes this error, so perhaps you're running that.

That would be my first diagnosis, but I have the same problem while playing AiA, where I get no text. The kicker is that others I'm playing with have no problem, just me. -
Great addon. My only request would be to add in some versions with tan parts or sprayed with tan paint.
