I would guess "PG_Services_PMC_CLIENT" and "PG_Services_PMC_UNITS". Those are the CfgPatches class names. Pretty much the only thing I can think of, so if those don't work then I have no idea. The units in those configs have probably changed as well, so that mission might be totally outdated. You can ask the mission creator to update the mission. You could also use the unit class names in the first post to correct the mission.

I'll take a look and make that happen.

[MELB] Mission Enhanced Little Bird - WIP
BadHabitz replied to diesel5187's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Syko likes to land in/on unusual locations, so I'm sure it's gonna maneuver like a boss. -
You're good. I found the problem. Sometimes when changes are made you don't see every place that needs to be updated. Download and replace for a hotfix.

New version release. Version 28APR15. - Various config fixes. - Fixed broken recoil values. Not all of the promised features are in this version. Arma motivation has been lacking since GTA Online for the master race was released. I'll fix errors, but no idea if/when other textures or whatnot will be added.

Thy will shall be done. ;) Thanks

I've identified the problem and fixed it. When will it will be released? Soonâ„¢

I bought the master race version of GTA V after never purchasing for any of the consoles. After 20+ hours of mostly multiplayer action I can honestly say I love this game. Stupid team members are an issue, but the same issue you see in plenty of online games. The answer is also the same, and that's join a group and play with like-minded people. My biggest issue in multiplayer is that I don't think they're doing any ping discrimination. I hear plenty of people talking in Russian and Chinese, which would be fine, except that their ping can cause massive lag during missions. If they tried to group people by geography I think it would work much better.

Does anyone kind of feel like buying the Marksman DLC was a donation?
BadHabitz replied to rekkless's topic in ARMA 3 - GENERAL
I bought the Supporter Edition when it first became available. I bought a copy of the game for a friend. I bought the DLC Bundle for two of my clannies. I would have no problem buying the DLC for myself if I needed to. When you buy a game you pay for what's given to you. The free platform updates are not guaranteed, nor should they be expected. BI is not a charity and their continued development has a cost. You think your $50 or whatever you paid will pay for the development prior to your purchase and also for years after? Keep dreaming. If you want new shiny things you need to keep feeding the beast. If this game had a monthly subscription and an underwhelming DLC I'd say you have a right to be upset. But since the game is free past the initial cost I am extremely grateful that bugs are being addressed in due time, and new features are being developed and come at no cost. Even if you feel the money is a donation, at least you get something out of it, instead of just giving money away. -
Something is calling for that resource. So there has to be a trace somewhere. Could also be if it's multiplayer you'll get that message if someone else is using the earpiece when you're not running the mod.

ACE3 - A collaborative merger between AGM, CSE, and ACE
BadHabitz replied to noubernou's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Glad the medical system will have varying degrees of complexity. Having the advanced level is good for large groups, but can be an unnecessary burden and slow down gameplay for small groups of 2-4. -
The vehicle is still planned, but is in line behind other projects, so I can't really even start to guess when a release would be feasible.

Yes. I'm waiting on a few textures, but even if I had them currently I'm going to hold off until the Marksman DLC is officially released. Since this mod has weapon assets, and some big changes are being made to weapons, I think it's best at this point to wait and release a fixed version after the DLC, instead of an update before and after the DLC. So the update will include improved tan uniform textures, fixes/changes/improvements to the re-textured Offroads, updating weapons to conform to DLC changes, and various fixes to config text that will be largely unnoticeable.

[WIP] Doing a Life Mod the Right Way! Looking for Developers of all kinds!
BadHabitz replied to echo97's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
People around here don't take too kindly to life servers. For a handful of different reasons. Also, without describing you and your 'team', you look like an 'ideas guy', which there are a lot of around here these days. An 'ideas guy' is someone who has all of these ideas about what he wants to do, has no idea how to do any of it, and is looking for others to do all of the work. -
Pistols are still not showing in the holster...? is it that hard to do?

I loved that bug. Always made me chuckle. Though my favorite was guys flying outside of the helicopter. -
I have a folder in my Arma3 directory called '@TESTBIN', which I use as the temporary place for testing the mods/pbo's that I put together. Once everything works I move the files to a more appropriately named folder. So one day I'm editing a config, saving it, packing the pbo, launching Arma 3, selecting the mission editor, selecting the mission, previewing the mission, and then finding out that my change didn't do anything. Ok, change it again to something else. Edit, save, pack, launch, editor, mission, preview... still not working. I have another idea to make it work. Edit, save, pack, launch, editor, mission, preview... still not working. Fuuuuuu....!!!! Two hours and untold amounts of changes later... I checked the file path for the destination for the packed pbo's. I forgot that I was messing with a different mod the night before, and when it didn't work I just turned everything off and went to bed. As I sometimes do, I had switched the destination folder to something different and never set it back. So the whole time I was packing it to a folder that was not enabled in the executable string (or in my case the correct box was not checked in Arma3Sync). When I fixed the error I went back and changed the config to reflect my initial edit. Edit, save, pack, launch, editor, mission, preview... it works! It took me two hours of this cycle of futility until I realized my error. Two hours of my life I'll never get back. On the plus side, I kept referring back to other projects in my project folder, in an attempt to get the current project working, and found minor errors in those old projects. Still, it sucks overall.

I'll look into the logos. I can get some of the truck parts to work, so we'll see what I plan to add to the update. I'm not a big fan of the hanging backpacks. Speaking of the next update, it probably won't happen for a few more days. Once I get the art assets I'll have to update the config and test it out. So my best answer at this point is "soon".

Should be 200 rounds per magazine. I think that's fairly standard for 5.56mm LMG box magazines.

Pictures of Australia Island (soon to be released)
BadHabitz replied to Aus's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Looks very interesting -
Possibly tomorrow. The tan uniforms in the pack will be replaced with a better shade of tan. I think the current 'tan' looks more grey, so I'll probably keep those but rename them. Once I get those textures I'll pack it up and get the files hosted. Next update after that would be soon after the Marksman DLC is released.

I figured it out. This will be corrected in the next update.
