Just tried again and was able to register my name this time. :) It's all one name that you have to confirm by writing twice. I put my full name with my game name in brackets in the middle no problems.

I am having the same issue. I got the email notifying me to register my name for the credits, but I am unable to login on the page linked, with the same above message.
