I still have External viewer: TIMEOUT - operation takes a long time... but if I start oxygen as administrator External viewer: unable to create viewer ... nothing work... I don't know how to fix it

If I Run Oxygen as administrator I got halfa.paa error but if I run normal (no administrator or from steam) I got "External Viewer: Attach failed. No Viewer found." and buldozer open with square box. I have unpbo bin and core (also dta with unpbo bin and core) in P and data_f in a3 folder and all dll from arma 3 what is wrong ?

If it is a realistic simulator of war there have to be women. On real war when you get some town your soldiers rape all the women which are there. With no women you have no one to rape and you dont feel like on real war. Thank you
