The Andartiko thing seems very important for the password etc. If you split it up like "AndArtIKO VA, Intelligence Is Coming - Be Ready VA" It seems like a group of Guerillas named VA is about to recieve Intelligence

This, Scott Miller's mentioning of the Phrase Molon Lave leads me it's something to do with that. Also, it's spelled Molon Labe on Wiki, interesting?
